Delivery

3 to 4 working days from the order, Monday to Friday, by tracked courier. You get a tracking link the moment the parcel is scanned. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands can take a day longer.

Free on UK orders over £40. Below that the tracked rate is £3.95, shown at checkout. A racket on its own clears the threshold; a tube of balls or a pack of overgrips on its own does not, which is why most people add them to a bigger order.

Every racket ships in a protective sleeve inside a rigid outer box. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it and email info@padeldepot.co.uk within 48 hours and we sort a replacement.

UK addresses only for now, including Northern Ireland. We do not ship to the Republic of Ireland or the EU yet.
