These terms apply to every order placed on this website with {legal}, trading as {name}.
Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email dispatch confirmation. Prices include VAT. If a price is shown wrongly we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect parcels on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.
Cancellation and returns
Consumers may cancel within 30 days of delivery (we extend the 14-day statutory period), returning unused goods in original packaging. Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or not caused by our breach.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
