Returns
Not the right racket? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.
How to return
Email info@padeldepot.co.uk with your order number and what you want to return. We send a returns label; postage is deducted from the refund unless the item was faulty or wrongly sent. Refunds reach your card within 14 days of the parcel arriving back.
Rackets
A racket counts as unused if the protective film on the frame is intact and there are no court marks on the face or edge guard. Please try the grip indoors before you take it on court.
Faulty items
Frames that crack from normal play within the manufacturer warranty period are handled with the UK distributor. Email photos and your order number and we take it from there. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
