Babolat Court Padel Ball Drawer (Case of 72)

£83.77

The Babolat Court padel ball drawer is the case-sized pack of Babolat's everyday ball, which retailers list as 24 cans of three, or 72 balls. It is for clubs, coaches and groups who go through balls by the dozen and want a steady supply of a ball Babolat describes as known for its speed and durability.

The ball is the Court: FIP and FFT approved, made of felt and rubber, yellow and made in Thailand. Babolat publishes no pressure figure or life in hours.

A drawer is the word Spanish retailers use for a case. Our listing does not state the count, so confirm it with the seller before you rely on 72.

What a Court case gets you

Retailers list the Babolat Court case as 24 cans with three balls each, which is 72 balls, in a box meant for clubs, coaches and players who need a steady supply. One retailer describes the ball as medium speed and consistent in its bounce, and says it is the ball of the APT Padel Tour, which is that retailer's claim and not one we have checked.

Our own listing is called a ball drawer and does not give the count. Check it on the listing before you buy a case on the strength of the 72.

Case, dozen or tube?

If you would rather have an adidas ball in bulk, the adidas Pro Bounce drawer is the equivalent. A tube of Court balls holds three, and the Court dozen holds twelve. A case holds six times the dozen, which is a club quantity rather than a household one. Pressurised balls lose life from the moment they are opened, so a case only makes sense if you use the cans in a steady stream.

The sealed cans keep their pressure until opened, but the box does not make them last longer once the seal is broken. Store the case somewhere cool and out of direct sun, and open one can at a time.

Who should skip the case

Anyone who plays occasionally or does not have somewhere cool to store a box. Seventy-two balls will lose their pressure long before an individual player finishes them, and our padel balls page explains how quickly pressure fades. A pressuriser can stretch an opened can, though no maker states by how much.

Not for you if

You are one or two players, or your league names a different ball. A case is a club quantity, and balls lose pressure once opened. A tube or a dozen is kinder to a small budget, and our padel balls page covers other brands.

What to pair with a case of Courts

Coaches and clubs often hand out rackets as well. The soft Air Vertuo 2.6 and the forgiving Air Origin both suit the Court well, and the rest are on the padel racket page.

A padel bag with a thermal pocket keeps a few opened cans out of the heat, and an overgrip from the padel grips page will get an order over the free delivery line. Our guide to choosing a padel racket helps if you are also buying rackets.

Babolat Court Padel Ball Drawer (Case of 72): questions people ask

How many balls are in a Babolat Court padel ball drawer?

Retailers list the Court case as 24 cans of three balls, so 72 balls. Our listing does not state the count, so confirm it with the seller.

Is a padel ball drawer the same as a case?

Yes. Drawer is the Spanish retail word for a case or box of cans.

Are Babolat Court padel balls FIP approved?

Yes. Babolat's page lists FIP and FFT approval.

How long do Babolat Court balls last?

Babolat publishes no figure. Pressure fades from the moment a can is opened, faster in heat.

Is a case of Court balls worth it for one player?

Usually not. Seventy-two balls lose pressure long before one player uses them, so a tube or a dozen is the better fit.
