The Babolat Tie Headband is a sweat headband you knot behind your head, so it adjusts to any size, for padel and tennis players who find an elastic band too tight or too loose. Listings call it one size and unisex, made for men, women and juniors.
The material is polyester, though retailers disagree on whether it is 100% polyester or a recycled blend. No width is published.

Why choose a tie over an elastic band
An elastic ring is quick, but it has one size and it stretches out. A tie headband trades speed for fit: tighten it for a sweaty summer match, loosen it for a longer head, and it will not slip on a lunge. It also works with long hair, because you can tie over or under it.
The elastic Logo headband is the simpler alternative if you would rather pull it on and go. Both are polyester, and neither lists a width.
The polyester question
MyPadelLife lists 100% polyester, and Sports Galaxy says recycled polyester. A Tennis Warehouse listing describes a similar Babolat head tie as 100% recycled polyester. Those may be different batches, so if recycled content matters to you, check the label on the one you receive. For sweat absorption the difference is not something we can measure.
Pair it with a wristband such as the Logo Wristband and you have most of the sweat kit, and the padel accessories range has the rest.
Who should skip it
Anyone who dislikes a knot at the back of the head, or who wears a cap anyway. A bigger towel such as the medium cotton one is the better tool for wiping, and for a gift the padel gifts page has more ideas.
Not for you if
You want a published width or a guaranteed recycled fabric. Neither is stated consistently, so the Logo headband has the same gap.
