Bas3line Edge Series Racket Cover

£20

This Bas3line Edge Series racket cover is a thermal-lined sleeve for a single padel racket, with a side pocket and a carry strap, built to protect a racket without the bulk of a full bag.

It's the smallest item in Bas3line's Edge Series range, a step up from a bare racket rattling around in a kit bag.

What it protects, and what it doesn't

A thermal lining is the only material detail Bas3line publishes for this cover, built to slow the temperature swings a racket faces between a hot car boot and a cool club corridor. A side pocket takes small accessories, and a carry strap means you can sling it over a shoulder rather than carrying it by hand to the court.

At 470 x 270 x 4.4 mm and 3.5 litres, this is a slim sleeve for one racket, not a padded case built to survive being thrown in a boot with other kit. Bas3line doesn't name the outer material or describe exactly how it closes, so we're not stating either.

Cover, case or bag?

A cover like this one zips around a single racket and goes inside whatever bag you already carry, which is different from a padded case built to be thrown in a car boot on its own, or a full bag with room for kit. If you're not sure which you need, the size tells you: 3.5 litres is one racket and nothing else.

Who it suits, and the rest of the range

Players who want their racket out of direct sun and away from scratches between the car and the court, without carrying a full bag for a single racket and a spare set of balls. If you need to carry more, the brand's own Edge Series backpack adds a thermal compartment plus room for kit, and the larger Edge Series padel bag takes up to five rackets across the full padel bag range. Our padel racket cover page compares this against every other cover we stock, the padel racket range has the rackets to put inside it, and our guide to choosing a padel racket covers the rest of the kit.

Not for you if

You want to carry a full kit, not just a racket. A bag, not a cover, is the right buy then; our padel bag range covers that.

Bas3line Edge Series Racket Cover: questions people ask

What is the Bas3line Edge Series racket cover made from?

Bas3line names a thermal lining but doesn't publish the outer material, so we're not stating one.

Does the Bas3line Edge Series racket cover have a strap?

Yes, a carry strap for slinging it over a shoulder, plus a side pocket for small accessories.

How big is the Bas3line Edge Series racket cover?

470 x 270 x 4.4 mm, 3.5 litres, built as a slim single-racket sleeve rather than a padded case.

Is the Bas3line Edge Series racket cover padded?

Bas3line doesn't describe padding beyond the thermal lining; treat it as a protective sleeve for day-to-day knocks rather than a heavily cushioned case.

Should I buy the racket cover or the Edge Series backpack?

The cover suits a single racket on its own. The backpack adds room for kit and a laptop alongside the racket; the bag goes further still, holding up to five rackets.
