XtremeSoft or Xtreme Soft
Head's pages write XtremeSoft as one word, and retailers split it as Xtreme Soft or write it either way. The wrap is the same: a super-tack elastomer with perforations, listed at about 0.5 mm, with Tennis Warehouse giving 0.55 mm for the 12 pack.
HEAD says it adds tackiness and absorption, and Tennis Express rates the absorbency as moderate. One reviewer says recent twelve packs feel different from older ones.

Using twelve
Change a wrap when the surface shines, which for regular players is every few sessions, so twelve lasts a few months. More wraps are at padel grips, and extras are under padel accessories.
