Raquex Elite Quilted Padel Bag

£79.99

The Raquex Elite Quilted padel bag is a four-racket bag for players who care how their kit looks: a quilted faux leather exterior, two thermal-lined racket compartments that each take one padel racket or two, padded sides and a separate shoe tunnel. Amazon UK lists it at 63 x 31 x 27 cm.

It is sold for padel and pickleball. It is not the single-racket Elite cover, the Elite backpack or the larger eight-racket tennis bag, all of which carry similar names.

How big is the Raquex Elite Quilted bag?

The only dimensions we could find are on an Amazon UK listing: 63 cm wide, 31 cm high and 27 cm deep. Raquex's own page describes the capacity rather than the size, which is up to four padel or pickleball rackets. A padel racket is about 45.5 cm long, so it sits comfortably across the width with room for a grip at one end.

Raquex says each thermal compartment takes one racket comfortably or two snugly. If you carry two rackets, you get a spare in each side. Fill all four slots and the frames will touch, which is fine for a casual group and less so for rackets with fragile paint.

Compartments, materials and what we could not confirm

Raquex lists two thermal-lined racket compartments and a separate shoe tunnel, with padded sides for knocks. The quilted exterior is described as faux leather, and an Amazon listing names it as PU leather. A third-party guide also mentions a central compartment with netted and zipped pockets, which is not how Raquex words it, so check the pocket layout when it arrives if that matters to you.

We found only a handful of reviews, mostly on Raquex's own site, and one of them praised the quality and look. A listing for the matching cover drew a comment about a smell. That is one reviewer on a different product, but PU leather can smell new for a while, so let it air.

Who should skip it

Players who carry one racket, anyone who wants a backpack and anyone who needs a waterproof rating, which we could not find for this bag. A 63 cm bag is a lot of luggage for a single racket and a towel. The plainer Elite padel racket bag has straps and a zip but fewer published features. For a plain one-racket rucksack there is the Raquex racket backpack. For lighter loads, the Raquex Elite Racquet Backpack is the compact option, and our padel bag page lists the rest.

Not for you if

You carry one racket, you want a backpack or you need confirmed pocket details. The size comes from one Amazon listing and the pocket layout differs between sources.

What to pack in it

A racket protector on each frame stops them rubbing together, a spare overgrip from the padel grips range lives in a side pocket, and a tube of padel balls fits in the main space. Keep padel shoes in the tunnel so sand stays off your kit.

If the bag is a gift for a newer player, pair it with something from our beginner padel rackets page, our guide to choosing a padel racket explains what to look for, and the padel racket range builds out the rest.

Raquex Elite Quilted Padel Bag: questions people ask

How many rackets does the Raquex Elite Quilted bag hold?

Up to four. Raquex describes two thermal-lined compartments, each holding one racket comfortably or two snugly.

Is the Raquex Elite Quilted bag the same as the Elite Quilted Racquet Bag?

No. The Racquet Bag is a larger eight-racket model for tennis and other sports. This is the padel and pickleball four-racket bag.

What size is the Raquex Elite Quilted padel bag?

An Amazon UK listing gives 63 x 31 x 27 cm. Raquex describes capacity on its own page rather than listing the size.

Is the Raquex Elite Quilted bag real leather?

No. Raquex describes faux leather and Amazon lists PU leather.

Does the Raquex Elite Quilted bag have a shoe compartment?

Yes. Raquex lists a separate shoe tunnel.

Is the Raquex Elite Quilted bag waterproof?

We found no waterproof rating. PU leather sheds light rain, but treat it as water-resistant at best.
