Tecnifibre Curva Power Padel Racket (2026)

£183.44

The Tecnifibre Curva Power padel racket is the most powerful teardrop in the 2026 Curva range: a 360 g racket with an open-weave 18K carbon face and a single-piece soft foam core, for regular and competitive players of a good level. Tecnifibre pairs it with Spin Skin 3D texturing and a neutral balance.

Shape, weight and core are consistent across sellers. Level is not, with Tennis Warehouse saying advanced and Tennisnuts saying intermediate to advanced.

What the Curva Power is, and how it scores

Padelful scores it evenly: power 8.3, control 8.5, rebound 8.8, manoeuvrability 8.7 and sweet spot 8.5, and describes the feel as medium-soft with a neutral rather than head-heavy balance. Those are Padelful's scores, not ours.

Even scores are the point of a teardrop. You get a sweet spot a little higher than a round racket's and more punch than a control shape, without the demands of a pure diamond. The soft core stops it feeling harsh despite the 18K face.

Table comparing Padelful ratings for the Tecnifibre Curva Power with the Bomba Speed and Bomba Max 2026: power 8.3, 8.5 and 9.8, control 8.5, 7.7 and 8.6, sweet spot 8.5, 7.5 and 9.2

Level, tolerance and the small print

Tecnifibre lists 360 g, one shop gives a tolerance of 10 g and another 7 g, so two rackets can differ in your hand. Balance is called neutral, medium or even, which all mean about the same thing. The face is open-weave 18K carbon, with a 3D texture for spin.

Level is the one real disagreement. Tennis Warehouse says advanced, Tennisnuts and Padelful say intermediate to advanced, and Tecnifibre says regular and competitive players of a good level. If you are a solid intermediate, it is within reach. The softer teardrop in the range is the Curva Soft, and the lighter one is the Curva Speed. Vibora's teardrop Black Mamba Pro 2.0 is a quicker-headed 12K alternative. Last season's Curva Power 2025 is scored identically by Padelful.

Level and tolerance are the loose ends.

Curva Power or a diamond

The Bomba Speed and Bomba Max are the diamond options, the Bomba Soft is the springier diamond and the Bomba Lite is the light, soft diamond, a gentler step for newer players. The Wall Breaker 365 is the older carbon attacker.

Not for you if

You are new to padel. This is a good-level racket with an 18K face.
