What the Rolling bag is
TennisPro describes a bag on wheels with a telescopic pull handle and a double carry handle, one compartment and room for twelve racquets. It is long and wide, around 79 cm by 35 cm, which makes it a boot-filler.
Twelve racquets is a squad or a coaching session, not a Tuesday night doubles game. If you are carrying more than a handful of rackets for a club, the wheels will save your shoulders.
Rolling bag or the standard 12R
The standard Tour Endurance 12R is listed at about 75 x 28 x 34.5 cm, with two main compartments of up to six racquets each, a zippered valuables pocket, and on some listings a separate shoe compartment. That layout differs from the single-compartment rolling bag, so do not mix up the two sets of specs.

Who should skip the Rolling bag
