Wilson Courtglide Womens Padel Shoes (2026)

3.5 · £60

The Wilson Courtglide womens padel shoes are Wilson's entry padel shoe for women: a low-cut shoe with a rubber outsole in a modified herringbone pattern and a fit borrowed from Wilson's Rush tennis shoe. Wilson's own listing calls it built for players who are developing their game.

Specifications are thin. Neither a weight nor a midsole is published in anything we could read, so we do not give either. This page says what is listed, what is not and what to check before you buy.

What the listings tell you

Retailers give an upper of textile or synthetic with a textile lining, a rubber outsole and a low cut. The tread is a modified herringbone aimed at hard courts and artificial grass, and one retailer says it pairs the Rush tennis fit with a padel-specific tread. A German page on Wilson's own site describes a secure, form-fitting feel with breathable comfort from the first wear.

Racquet Point positions it as comfort-first rather than competition. It suggests that players with a heavy schedule, or a history of rolling an ankle, should look at a more structured and dearer shoe.

Why the herringbone outsole matters on sand turf

Padel courts are artificial grass filled with sand, which is slippery under a flat tennis sole. A herringbone pattern bites into the sand and lets you slide a little before it grips, which is why most padel shoes use a version of it.

Wilson's wording is modified herringbone, and it does not publish a tread depth or a compound. Treat it as a sensible start and replace the shoe when the pattern wears flat at the ball of the foot.

Codes, colours and the men's version

Wilson lists the shoe as WRS01020, and Central Sports lists the white and airy blue version as WRS341120. Wilson's US site shows White/Airy Blue, White/White/Silver and White/Bay/Skipper Blue. Sizing varies by region, so use the size chart for the shop you buy from.

The men's Courtglide is a separate shoe with its own listing, and the step up in Wilson's range is the Hurakn Pro V2 for women.

Who should skip it

Players who train several times a week, anyone with weak ankles and anyone who needs a published weight before buying. Our women's padel shoes page and the wider padel shoes range list sturdier options.

Pair them with a padel racket that suits your level, fresh padel balls and an overgrip from our padel grips range. Our guide to choosing a padel racket covers the rest of the kit.

Not for you if

You need published specs or heavy-duty support. Wilson lists no weight or midsole, and retailers call this the comfort-first shoe.
