adidas Crazyquick Boost Womens Padel Shoes

5 · £103.44

The adidas Crazyquick Boost womens padel shoes are the cushioned version of adidas's padel shoe for women: a Boost midsole under a lightweight mesh upper with Slingframe support, an Adituff toe and an Adiwear rubber outsole. They suit intermediate and advanced players who want a softer ride and quick transitions.

A UK retailer lists them at 314 g in width B and says testers found them true to size. Other sources describe the upper as snug, and the review base is thin, so this page says what is published and where it disagrees.

What the Boost midsole gives you

A UK retailer's page describes a lightweight upper and stabilising Slingframe construction built for quick, confident movement. The midsole is Boost, described as energy-returning with supreme cushioning and shock absorption. The upper is breathable mesh with perforations, with overlays for lateral stability and an Adituff toe protector.

Support comes from an EVA support frame meant to stop the ankle rolling, a heel hug system with anti-slip lining and traditional lacing that locks the midfoot. The outsole is Adiwear rubber, described as grippy and abrasion-resistant. A Zona de Padel comparison says the women's version keeps the Boost technology and the padel outsole, with a focus on lightness and speed.

The trade-off is stability. That comparison rates it lower for stability than the other categories, and padel.how says it offers less torsional support than a shoe like the ASICS Gel-Resolution X. This is the quick, cushioned shoe, not the locked-down one.

Bar chart of padel.how scores for the adidas Crazyquick Boost: cushioning 8.5, grip 8.0, lateral support 8.0, fit security 8.0, breathability 7.5, durability 7.5, value 7.5

Weight and fit: what the sources say

The 314 g figure comes from a UK retailer and does not state a size. Men's listings run heavier, from 366 g to 407 g in a US 10.5, so do not compare them like for like. One review quotes 12.1 oz for a US 9.5, but that looks like a figure for a different shoe, so we have left it out.

On fit, the UK retailer says width B and testers found it true to size. padel.how says true to size in length but a slightly narrow, low toe feel, and lists wide feet, high insteps and toes that need more vertical room as the main cautions. If any of those describes you, try before you commit, or look at the Courtquick W.

Who should skip the Boost

Players who want maximum lateral lockdown for hard sliding, anyone with a wide forefoot or a high instep, and anyone who wants proof of durability. padel.how says the upper's wear over many sessions is not proven. The women's padel shoes page and the wider padel shoes hub have firmer alternatives, and the Drop Shot Sol W is a lighter, ventilated option.

Not for you if

You have wide feet or a high instep, want the most stable shoe for hard sliding, or need proven long-term wear. Reviews are few and the upper is described as snug.

What to pair with the Boost

A cushioned shoe suits long sessions and a controlling racket. See the control padel rackets page and the adidas Drive for a soft entry option, then add a fresh adidas overgrip. The padel grips and padel balls pages cover the rest, and our guide to choosing a padel racket helps if the racket is next.
