Runnea gives 345 g for the Sprint Pro 3.5 Clay with no size, and a Tennisnerd reviewer weighed a tested pair at 339.7 g. Treat that as a ballpark of 340 to 345 g, not a number for this colour.
Retailers describe a herringbone tread with Hybrasion+ rubber. One retailer calls it a pure herringbone for clay, another says it also suits padel courts. That's a tennis-shaped sole used on sand-filled turf, so grip is fine but check how it feels on your club's surface.
