Red Folding Hurdle (Single)

Padel rallies are won and lost on the first two steps: getting into position for a volley, recovering after a lob, moving sideways along the net with your partner. A row of low hurdles makes those steps deliberate. Coaches set three to six in a line and have players step over them quickly with high knees, then sideways, then in and out, before a ball is even fed.

It's simple kit, and that's the appeal. The hurdles live in a bag, set up in a minute, and turn a warm-up into something closer to the movement of a real point. Pair them with proper padel shoes so the drills are done on the same grip you'll play on.

Very little has been published. The UK listing we found calls it a red folding hurdle, sold singly, in its agility training range. It doesn't give a brand, a height or a material, and its weight field repeats the price, so we've left weight out rather than repeat an obvious error. If a set height matters for your session plan, ask us before you order.
