Kimony Hi-Soft KGT131 Overgrip 3 Pack
£6.95
The Kimony Hi-Soft KGT131 overgrip 3 pack is three thin wet-type overgrips for players who like a soft, tacky wrap over a base grip. Stringers World lists 0.5 mm thickness, 29 mm width and 105 cm length per grip.
Kimony is a badminton accessory brand and we found no padel claim, so treat this as a standard overgrip that fits any handle, not a padel-specific product.

What wet type means
Wet-type overgrips are the soft, slightly sticky kind that feel tacky in the hand and get tackier with a little sweat, against dry ones that rely on absorbency. The KGT131 is listed as a wet-type grip, at 0.5 mm, which makes it a middle-weight wrap.
Next to it in Kimony's range sit the Ultra Thin KGT133 at 0.33 mm and the Perforated KGT135 at the same thickness as this one.

|---|---|---|
| Kimony Hi-Soft Ultra Thin KGT133 | Wet type | 0.33 mm |
| Kimony Hi-Soft KGT131 | Wet type, 29 mm x 105 cm | 0.5 mm |
| Kimony Hi-Soft Perforated KGT135 | Wet type | 0.5 mm |
| Kimony Neo Dry KGT142 | Dry | 0.5 mm |
Hi-Soft, Perforated and Neo Dry 3 packs. Thickness from Stringers World listings and titles. Width and length are listed for the KGT131 only.
Fitting it on a padel handle
Check the listed 29 mm by 105 cm against your handle before you buy, since overgrip lengths differ between brands. Wind it from the butt cap with a small overlap over the base grip, and see our padel grips page for how the layers add up.
For a comparison from a racket brand, Babolat's My Overgrip is the tacky equivalent, and Karakal's X-Tak is another 0.6 mm option.
Who should skip it
Players who want a dry feel, a padel-specific product or a published life figure. The padel accessories range has other small kit, and our guide to choosing a padel racket covers handle size. The full padel racket range lists the rackets to fit it to.
Not for you if
You want a dry-feel overgrip or a product made for padel. This is a badminton-brand wet grip.
