Pallap Travel Technical Backpack

£44

The Pallap Travel Technical backpack is a 39 litre padel backpack, 50.5 x 30.5 x 26 cm, with room for two rackets, a laptop compartment, several pockets and a ventilated back panel. It's for players who carry a racket pair and a working day's kit, and travel to the court on foot, by bike or by train.

It's a different bag from Pallap's compact Tech backpack, and noticeably larger than the 28 litre backpacks from Nox. Retailers pitch it for padel trips and everyday use.

How big is it?

Esprit Padel lists 50.5 x 30.5 x 26 cm and 39 litres. Set beside the 28 litre Nox backpacks it's about ten litres bigger and a couple of centimetres deeper, which is the difference between a racket and a towel and a racket pair plus shoes and a laptop. A Swedish retailer describes space for two rackets, a laptop compartment and a ventilated back, and Padel Reference calls it technical and compact despite the size.

Neither listing mentions a thermal pocket or a dedicated shoe compartment, so don't assume either.

Travel Technical or the Tech?

The Pallap Tech backpack is the compact sibling with no published capacity. This is the one to choose if you carry a laptop or two rackets. For a different brand at a smaller size, see the AT10 Team backpack.

Not for you if

You need a thermal racket pocket or a ventilated shoe compartment; neither is listed. Look at a racket bag in our padel bag range instead.

Packing it

Two rackets, a laptop sleeve for work, a tube from the padel balls range and a spare overgrip from the padel grip range fit comfortably. Pack padel shoes in a separate bag, and add a racket protector to each frame. Pallap's Power Pro is the kind of frame that suits it, and the full padel racket range is the place to compare.
