adidas Courtquick Padel Shoes, Men's 2026

6 · £58.99

The adidas Courtquick padel shoes are the everyday entry shoe in adidas's padel range: a lightweight textile upper on a Cloudfoam+ midsole, a TPU stabiliser under the middle of the foot and a padel-specific Adiwear outsole. They suit players who go once or twice a week and want a proper padel sole without paying for the cushioning of the Crazyquick Boost.

adidas says at least 20 per cent of the materials are recycled. Retailers call the shoe comfortable out of the box and report one weight, 12.8 oz in a US 10.5. The rest of this page covers what that buys you and who should look elsewhere.

What the Courtquick gives a weekly player

Think of it as the padel shoe for someone who plays for fun and does not want to think about it. The midsole is Cloudfoam+, adidas's everyday cushioning (some colourways add Bounce), which retailers say feels comfortable straight away. A TPU stabiliser under the mid-foot resists the twist you get when you change direction, and the Slingframe upper holds the foot without much fuss.

Underneath is the part that matters most on a UK court: an Adiwear rubber outsole with a tread pattern made for padel, so it grips on the sand-covered turf and lets you slide a touch into the ball. The toe has Adituff reinforcement for the spot where it drags. It is a simpler build than the Crazyquick, with no Boost insert and no pivot point, and it is priced to match.

Sizing and fit: reports differ

A UK retailer's testers rate the Courtquick true to size. A reviewer on adidas's Finnish site found it slightly big but very comfortable. We would order your usual size and, if you are between sizes, think about whether you wear thick socks: a shoe with a softer upper has more give than a snug lace-up like the Crazyquick.

Our listing runs from 6 to 13 in half sizes. Weight is quoted at 12.8 oz, roughly 363 g, in a US 10.5; that is the only figure we found.

Courtquick or Crazyquick?

For a sturdier tennis-derived shoe, see the Barricade Clay HQ8424, or the cushioned Defiant Speed Clay. The Crazyquick Boost adds the Boost insert and more cushioning; the Crazyquick Lightstrike swaps to a lighter foam and a snugger fit. The Courtquick is the one for someone who plays now and then and wants the padel sole at a lower price. Our Crazyquick range page explains the two midsoles side by side.

Who should look elsewhere

If you play three or more sessions a week, the simpler midsole and lighter build will show their limits, and you will want more cushioning and support. A heavier player, or one with joint trouble, should look at the Boost or a shoe from another brand; ASICS's Gel-Dedicate 9 is the usual rival at this level, and Wilson's Courtglide is another entry-price option. The women's equivalent is the Courtquick W.

Not for you if

You play most days, want the most cushioning in the adidas range, or want a shoe with a published sizing chart for your exact foot shape. A premium shoe will give you more.

What else a new player needs

The shoe is half the job. Pair it with a soft first racket such as the adidas RX Series or Match Light, and read our beginner padel racket page for the full list. A tube of adidas Speed RX balls and a look at our padel balls page finish the basics.

A flatter, lighter starter alternative is the Mizuno Break Shot 5, and a more cushioned one is the Mizuno Wave Enforce Court. Add a Karakal insole if your arch wants it, carry everything in a padel bag, and refresh your padel grips when the handle goes slick. Browse every pair on the padel shoes and men's padel shoes pages, and see the padel racket range when you are ready. Our guide to choosing a padel racket starts from scratch.

adidas Courtquick Padel Shoes, Men's 2026: questions people ask

Is the adidas Courtquick the same as the Courtquick M?

Yes. The M is shorthand for men's. The women's version has its own listing, and some colourways have different midsole details.

What is the difference between the Courtquick and the Crazyquick?

The Crazyquick has either a Boost insert or Lightstrike foam, a Slingframe upper and a more technical build. The Courtquick has a Cloudfoam+ midsole and is the simpler, everyday shoe.

Are adidas Courtquick shoes good for beginners?

Yes. They give you a proper padel outsole and a comfortable midsole, which is what a beginner needs. They are not the most supportive shoe, so heavier or high-volume players may want more.

Do adidas Courtquick padel shoes run big or small?

Reports differ. A UK retailer's testers say true to size, and an adidas Finland reviewer found it slightly big. Go with your usual size and use a thicker sock if you need to take up room.

Can I play tennis or pickleball in the Courtquick?

You can wear them on other courts, but the Adiwear tread is made for padel turf and will wear faster on hard surfaces.

How do I clean padel shoes?

Brush off the sand, wipe the upper with a damp cloth and let them dry away from a radiator. Sand left in the tread shortens the life of the outsole.
