What the High Resistance protector does
It sits on the top of the racket head, where a padel frame meets the glass, the fence and the floor most often. The strip takes the scuffs so the frame paint and the carbon underneath do not. Retailers call it lightweight, durable and easy to install.
Drop Shot says it should not affect balance or feel. A thin strip along the head adds very little, though any protector adds a few grams at the tip, so a head-light racket may notice it slightly more. No weight is published for this one.
What is and is not published
Padel Nuestro lists it as white, in its frame protector range. It says the protector is made with robust materials and high impact resistance, without naming the material. A US-facing listing title adds the words thick and smooth, which is one retailer's description and not a measurement.
