The Head 2.5 inch wristband 2 pack is a pair of short sweatbands for padel and tennis players who want to keep sweat off the racket hand, sold as two bands in the pack.

Retailers print more than one fabric. Some colours are 90% nylon and 10% elastane, while one white pack is mostly cotton, so what you get depends on the colour. Our listing doesn't state one, and a pair costs very little, so it's an easy add to a grip order.

What the bands are made of depends on the colour

YPC lists the black pair as 90% nylon and 10% elastane, and a padel shop gives the same split for dark grey. Tennis Express lists the white pack as 80% cotton, 15% nylon and 5% rubber, and Sportano calls the 285050 mainly cotton with polyamide and elastane.

Cotton soaks up more and dries slower, as with the standard-width Raquex pair, and a nylon and elastane blend stays tighter and dries quicker. Neither is wrong. If you sweat a lot, read the colour's description before you order, and tell us if you want to check which fabric you're getting.

Using them
