The Head HydroSorb Pro replacement grip is a thin-for-a-base-grip, perforated, tacky layer for the bare handle, for players who want cushioning and airflow without the bulk of the thicker Hydrosorb options.
Retailers list about 1.75 mm and 18 g, with codes 285303 for black and 285304 for white. It's the thinnest of Head's Hydrosorb grips, and it's still a good deal thicker than an overgrip.

The Pro in the Hydrosorb range
Head's three Hydrosorb grips step up in thickness: the Pro at about 1.75 mm, the standard at 1.8 mm and the Comfort at 2.1 mm. The Pro is described as thinner with more perforation, using a dual-channel build from two materials for shock absorption and airflow.
Weights are the muddier part. The Pro is about 18 g from one supplier, the Comfort 20 g, and the standard 23 g at some shops, which looks high. Take weights as approximate.

Not for you if
You wanted a thin wrap. This is a base grip, and it adds about 1.75 mm to the handle.
On a padel racket

When to replace it
Replace it when the surface hardens or the holes clog with grime, and keep wraps as the first line of defence. Wash hands before play and the base lasts longer.
