The Head HydroSorb Comfort replacement grip is Head's thickest base grip at 2.1 mm, for players who want a lot of cushion and dampening on the handle.
Retailers list 20 g, no perforations and black or white. It's the cushion pick in the Hydrosorb family, and it's the opposite of a thin padel wrap.

Where Comfort sits in the Hydrosorb family
Retailers list the standard Hydrosorb at 1.8 mm, the Hydrosorb Pro at 1.75 mm and the Comfort at 2.1 mm, so the Comfort is the thick one. Weights are less tidy: the Comfort is 20 g, the Pro about 18 g, and one shop gives 23 g for the standard grip, which looks high.
None of this was tested for padel by us. The numbers are from tennis retailers, and we've left out claims we couldn't find.

Fitting it
Wind it on from the butt cap with a small overlap, and tape the end. Your hands will tell you quickly whether 2.1 mm is too much. For slimmer options see padel grips, and padel accessories for more small kit. The padel racket range is the main shop.
When thick makes sense
Players with arm trouble, big hands or a thin-handled racket are the usual buyers of a thick grip. If none of those sounds like you, start with a thinner base and add a wrap from padel grips when you want more.
