Retailers list 1.8 mm, style 285014, and 23 g at some shops, though that weight looks high against the other Hydrosorb grips. The Hydrosorb Pro is a separate grip with different numbers.

The middle Hydrosorb
Tennis Nuts lists the white one at 1.8 mm and 23 g under 285014-WHBK, and Racquet Guys gives the same for the black. Merchant of Tennis lists the same style without figures. The Comfort, at 2.1 mm, is listed at 20 g, so a 23 g standard grip sits oddly and we'd treat the weight as approximate.
It's described as perforated, which is what separates it from the Comfort, and thicker than the 1.75 mm Pro.

Using it
Strip the old grip, wind this on from the butt cap with a slight overlap and tape the end. A wrap from padel grips over the top takes the wear. More small kit is under padel accessories, and see the padel racket page for the frames.
Replacing it
A base grip survives many overgrips. Replace it when it hardens, cracks or loses its tack even under a new wrap, which for regular players might be once or twice a year.
