Karakal FF Pro 375 Padel Racket

£92.70

The Karakal FF Pro 375 padel racket is the step-up racket in Karakal's FF line, a 375 g teardrop for experienced players who want power from a full carbon frame and a firmer core. Tennisnuts, which sells it as the FF 375, lists a frame in 100 per cent Karakal Fast Fibre 3K woven carbon and a white EVA power and control core it calls slightly firmer than the FF 365's.

The listing contradicts itself on balance and on face texture, we found no Karakal sheet, and there is no independent test, so this page sets out what is agreed and what is not.

  • X-Air grip, matte black finish

What the listing says about the FF Pro 375

Tennisnuts gives the weight as 375 g with a 10 g tolerance, the shape as teardrop and the frame as a 100 per cent Karakal Fast Fibre 3K woven frame, with a surface of the same woven carbon. The core is a white EVA power and control core, described as slightly firmer than the FF 365's black one. A black X-Air grip is fitted, and the finish is matte black.

The page calls it a great option for experienced players who want power, which fits a heavier teardrop with a firmer core. It does not give the thickness or a year, and the footer's 2026 is the website's copyright date, not the racket's.

Spec card for the Karakal FF Pro 375 padel racket: 375 g, teardrop, 100 percent Fast Fibre 3K woven carbon frame, white EVA core, balance and face texture sources disagree

Where the page contradicts itself

The spec table says low balance, head light, while the description says a balance of 265 mm. The text calls the surface granular and rough-textured, and the table says smooth. Another retailer lists an even balance. We cannot say which is right, and the same 265 mm appears in the FF 365's description too.

That means two things in practice. Do not buy this racket for a head-light feel on the strength of one listing, and ask the seller about the face if spin matters to you. A firm core and a rough face is a different racket from a firm core and a smooth one.

FF Pro 375 or FF 365?

The Karakal FF 365 is 10 g lighter, uses a blend of 60 per cent carbon and 40 per cent graphite in the frame, and has a softer black core. It is the gentler racket, aimed at intermediate and club players, and the Pro is the one for players who already generate pace.

Both are teardrops on Tennisnuts, and the two overlap more than the names suggest, so a player on the fence should try the FF 365 first. Our best padel racket for intermediate players page compares more rackets at this level.

Who should skip the FF Pro 375

Anyone still learning, anyone with elbow trouble and anyone who wants a tested racket. A 375 g carbon teardrop with a firm core passes more shock to the arm than a soft fibreglass racket, and nobody independent has scored this one. Our diamond padel racket page covers the heavier hitters, and the best padel racket for beginners page covers the gentler end.

Not for you if

You want a head-light, forgiving racket or a firm answer on balance. The listing gives two answers, and a firm carbon core is not gentle. Our control padel rackets page lists rounder, softer options.

Setting up the FF Pro 375

A fresh overgrip from the padel grips page helps a racket this heavy stay in the hand, and Karakal's own X-Air replacement grip matches the one fitted. Frame tape from the racket protector range is worth fitting before the first match, and balls come from the padel balls page.

A bag with a shoe pocket, such as the Babolat RH Pro, keeps sand off the kit, and the padel shoes page covers court shoes. The full padel racket range is on one page, and our guide to choosing a padel racket explains shape and balance.
