Kelme Felina Padel Racket (2022)

Padelful describes a racket for balanced play: a mix of power and control with consistent accuracy, and a lively blend of controlled aggression and comfort. The scores back that up. Nothing is outstanding and nothing is weak; rebound (8.3) and control (8.1) lead, power trails at 7.3.

The extra-soft core is what makes it friendly. The ball comes off the 3K face with a little help, so defending from the back isn't hard work. Padelful's only real caveat is that some players won't like the teardrop shape or the materials, which is true of every racket ever made.

On Padelful's sheets the 2022 Kelme Shark is built the same way: teardrop, 3K carbon, Black EVA Xtra Soft core, carbon frame, 350 to 375 g. The scores split a little. The Felina hits slightly harder (7.3 against 7.0), while the Shark is quicker in the hand (8.5 against 8.0) and has a slightly bigger sweet spot. The Shark we list carries a product code ending in 22, which matches Padelful's 2022 edition.

Choose the Felina for the colourway and the extra pop. Choose the Shark if you volley a lot and want the quicker head.
