Nox ML10 Team Backpack

£44.50

The Nox ML10 Team backpack is a 28-litre padel backpack from Miguel Lamperti's ML10 range: 48 x 33 x 20 cm, two main compartments that each take a racket, a ventilated section for shoes at the front and padded straps. It's for players who carry one or two rackets and ride, walk or go straight from work to the court.

Don't confuse it with the ML10 Team racket bag, which is roughly twice the size. Same name, different bag.

Two compartments and a shoe bay

Padel Shack's listing splits the inside in two. The first compartment is padded, for a racket or a laptop, so it doubles as a work bag on days you go straight to the club. The second takes a racket plus your kit and smaller bits. Shoes go in a ventilated area at the front, away from your clothes, and there's a front pocket for balls, a phone or a bottle.

Side pockets take keys, glasses, a wallet and a club card. The straps and back panel are padded with channels for air, which you'll appreciate on a warm cycle home.

What it leaves out

No listing we found mentions a thermal compartment, so we'd assume there isn't one. That's the main trade against Bullpadel's Vertex backpack, which is a little bigger at 35 litres and lines its racket compartment. If your racket lives in a car boot in summer, it matters; if it comes indoors with you, it doesn't.

None of the listings gives a racket count either. Two compartments that each take a racket means two is the practical limit.

Backpack or a Team racket bag?

Lamperti's range has a racket bag with the same Team name. The ML10 Team bag is about 55 litres, carries around four rackets and adds a thermal section for two, so it's the one for players who bring spares and a full change. Tapia's AT10 Team bag sits between the two at 42 litres, and his AT10 Team backpack is the matching backpack in the other signature range. Without a signature at all, the Pro Series backpack is a 28 litre alternative.

Who it is for

Players who cycle, take the train or walk to the court, and anyone who wants one bag for the office and the club. It's also a sensible size for juniors, who rarely need more than a racket, shoes and a bottle. Our padel bags page has the rest of the range by size.

Not for you if

You leave your kit in a hot car, since nothing suggests a thermal lining. Or you take three rackets and a towel the size of a duvet; the ML10 Team bag has the room.

Packing it for a match

Lamperti's round ML10 Pro Cup Silver goes in the padded compartment, his ML10 Hexa shoes in the vented bay, and a tube from our padel balls range in the front pocket. Spare overgrips from the padel grips page weigh nothing and live happily in a side pocket. Still choosing a racket? Read how to choose a padel racket.

Nox ML10 Team Backpack: questions people ask

Is the Nox ML10 Team backpack the same as the ML10 Team bag?

No. The backpack is 28 litres with two compartments and shoulder straps. The ML10 Team bag is a racket bag of about 55 litres with room for around four rackets and a thermal section.

How many rackets fit in the Nox ML10 Team backpack?

Two: one in each main compartment. No listing gives a racket count, so that is our reading of the layout.

Nox ML10 Team backpack or Bullpadel Vertex backpack?

The Vertex is a little bigger at 35 litres and has a thermal racket compartment and a laptop sleeve. The ML10 Team is smaller and lighter on features but takes a laptop in its padded compartment.

Can I wash the Nox ML10 Team backpack?

Wipe it with a damp cloth and air the shoe section after every session. Avoid the washing machine, which can damage the padding.

Will a laptop fit in the Nox ML10 Team backpack?

The listing says the padded main compartment takes a racket or a laptop. It gives no maximum screen size, so check your laptop against the 48 x 33 cm outer size before you rely on it.
