The Oxdog Gold Pro overgrip 3 pack is a blister of three white wraps, about 0.65 mm thick, for players whose hands sweat and who want a soft, cushioned wrap that soaks up moisture. Retailers sell it on comfort and durability rather than maximum tack.
If you want the tackier, thinner Oxdog, that's the Gold Sticky, listed at 0.6 mm. The Gold Pro is the one for sweat.

What the Gold Pro feels like
Retailers agree on 0.65 mm and on the pitch: an immediate soft, cushioned feel, good damping, and a surface that absorbs sweat. The tack is described as moderate, which is the trade for the absorbency. A very tacky overgrip grips dry hands harder; an absorbent one copes better when the palm gets wet by the third set.
These are marketing descriptions, not lab results, and none gives a lifespan. The usual rule applies: change it when the surface goes smooth or starts to slip.
Gold Pro or another overgrip?
Wet-handed players are the target. If your hands are dry and you want the stickiest feel, look at the Gold Sticky or a tacky grip from our padel grips range. Not for you if
You want the thinnest, stickiest wrap available, or you wear gloves. A thicker, softer grip also changes handle size slightly, so check your racket's grip size first.
Fitting and replacing it
Start at the butt cap, overlap each turn by a few millimetres and finish with the tape. Three overgrips is three changes; most regular players swap one every few weeks.
