Siux Electra Pro 26 Fire Red Padel Racket

£169.94

The Siux Electra Pro 26 Fire Red is the red colourway of Franco Stupaczuk's 2026 racket: a firm teardrop for advanced, competition-minded players who build points from the net. It has a 15K carbon face with a rough 3D finish, a hard EVA core and a weight of 355 to 375 g, and Padelful scores this colour 9.2 for control, 8.9 for power and 8.9 for manoeuvrability.

It is the same racket as the Shadow Red, so this page is about the Fire Red's own review and how to choose between the two. The main Electra Pro page covers the racket as a whole.

Padelful's tester liked the controlled power and the grip on the bandeja, and warned that a passive defence is punished and that clean timing is not optional.

Siux Electra Pro Fire Red review: what Padelful found

Padelful's review of the Fire Red picks out controlled power with good precision, stability in fast net exchanges and a good grip on the ball for bandejas, which helps generate spin. Its scores are 8.9 for power, 9.2 for control, 8.1 for rebound, 8.9 for manoeuvrability and 8.5 for sweet spot, with an overall of 8.7.

The criticisms are the ones you would expect from a firm racket. Passive defence is punished, clean timing and contact are needed, and the firm feel gives little help on mishits. Padelful describes the ideal buyer as an experienced, competition-minded player who likes to build points from the net and wants a firm hybrid with real control.

Fire Red or Shadow Red?

The two colourways are one racket. Siux lists the same construction and performance for both, and Padelful's scores differ by tenths: the Fire Red is 8.9 for power and 8.5 for sweet spot, the Shadow Red 9.1 and 8.3. A retailer describes the Fire Red as the more power-focused and the Shadow Red as the more control-oriented, but the Fire Red's control score (9.2) is in fact the higher.

In other words, pick the one you like the look of. If a particular colour is cheaper or in stock in your grip size, take that one; you are not giving up performance either way.

Where the Fire Red sits against the Fenix Pro

The Fenix Pro is the diamond in the same range, and the comparison shows what the Electra's teardrop shape gives you. The Fenix scores 10 for power but 7.5 for manoeuvrability; the Fire Red gives up about a point of power for 8.9 in the hands and a sweet spot that sits a touch higher in the table. For players whose points end with a volley rather than an overhead, that trade favours the Electra.

Our Electra Pro page and the Diablo Pro page cover the rest of the Siux teardrop family, and the Siux padel rackets page explains the naming.

Who should skip the Fire Red

Players who are still finding their sweet spot, and anyone with a tender elbow. A firm racket with a medium-hard feel is not forgiving, and the best padel racket for intermediate players page lists softer options. The teardrop padel rackets page compares more teardrops across brands.

Not for you if

You play passive defence, arrive late to the ball or want comfort first. Padelful notes that passive defence is punished and the firm feel gives little help on mishits. Our control padel rackets page has rounder, softer frames.

Setting up a Fire Red

A firm racket deserves a fresh grip. A cushioned replacement or a tacky overgrip such as the Head Pro overgrip is the usual choice, and our padel grips page explains the difference. Frame tape from the racket protector range is worth fitting before the first match.

Lively balls help a firm racket, so a tube of Bullpadel Next balls is a sensible partner, and the padel balls page explains how quickly pressure fades. The padel bags page has bags with a thermal pocket, and court shoes are on our padel shoes page.

To compare with other brands, the advanced padel rackets list and the full padel racket range are the places to look, and our guide to choosing a padel racket explains shape and balance.
