Siux Electra Pro 26 Shadow Red Padel Racket

£167.03

The Siux Electra Pro 26 Shadow Red is the darker colourway of Franco Stupaczuk's 2026 racket, and the one Padelful scores 9.1 for both power and control. It is a firm 15K carbon teardrop with a rough 3D face, a hard EVA core and a weight of 355 to 375 g, built for advanced players who want precision first.

Some shops list this racket as the Electra ST5 Pro 2026, which is not a Siux name. The 2026 racket is the Electra Pro, and the Shadow Red is one of its two colours alongside the Fire Red.

The Electra Pro page covers the racket as a whole; this one covers what the testers said about the Shadow Red in particular.

Padelful's view of the Shadow Red

Padelful scores the Shadow Red 8.7 overall, with 9.1 for power, 9.1 for control, 9.0 for manoeuvrability, 8.3 for sweet spot and 7.9 for rebound. The reviewer highlights stable defensive blocks, a clean bandeja and vibora, and a sharp, controlled response at the net.

The caveats are plain: the racket punishes off-centre contact, it demands clean timing, and the hard feel lacks comfort. Padelful names advanced and pro players who want a firm, attacking racket with precise control as the target, and says it suits players who are often at the net and do not mind a demanding core.

Shadow Red or Fire Red: does it matter?

Not much. Siux calls the colourways the same racket, and the numbers agree: the Shadow Red edges the Fire Red for power (9.1 against 8.9) and manoeuvrability (9.0 against 8.9) while the Fire Red leads on rebound (8.1 against 7.9) and sweet spot (8.5 against 8.3). Those gaps are inside normal testing noise.

A retailer describes the Shadow Red as the more control-oriented of the pair, though Padelful's control scores are almost level. Treat the colour as a style choice.

Shadow gives up a little rebound for a little power. Padelful scores out of 10, 2026 editions.

The Shadow Red among Siux rackets

Next to the diamond Fenix Pro, the Shadow Red trades some power (9.1 against 10) for much better handling (9.0 against 7.5). Against the more even Diablo Pro, it is firmer and more precise. If the older ST names confuse you, the Electra ST3 Stupa Pro is the 2024 edition of the same line.

The Siux padel rackets page walks through the naming, and the advanced padel rackets list shows how it compares with other brands.

Who should leave the Shadow Red on the shelf

Anyone who wants comfort, or who is not yet hitting the middle of the racket reliably. A hard core and a demanding feel will tell you every mistake, and the best padel racket for intermediate players page lists friendlier frames. The teardrop padel rackets page has softer teardrops across brands.

Not for you if

You want a forgiving racket or you have a sore arm. Padelful lists a hard feel that lacks comfort and punishes off-centre contact. The control padel rackets page has rounder, gentler options.

Getting a Shadow Red ready for court

A firm racket deserves a fresh grip. A cushioned replacement or a tacky overgrip such as the Head Pro overgrip is the usual choice, and our padel grips page explains the difference. Frame tape from the racket protector range is worth fitting before the first match.

Lively balls help a firm racket, so a tube of Bullpadel Next balls is a sensible partner, and the padel balls page explains how quickly pressure fades. The padel bags page has bags with a thermal pocket, and court shoes are on our padel shoes page.

To compare with other brands, the advanced padel rackets list and the full padel racket range are the places to look, and our guide to choosing a padel racket explains shape and balance.

Siux Electra Pro 26 Shadow Red Padel Racket: questions people ask

Is the Siux Electra Pro 26 Shadow Red the same as the Electra ST5 Pro?

ST5 is not a Siux name. Shops that list an Electra ST5 Pro 2026 mean the 2026 Electra Pro, of which the Shadow Red is one colourway.

How does Padelful score the Siux Electra Pro Shadow Red?

Overall 8.7: power 9.1, control 9.1, rebound 7.9, manoeuvrability 9.0 and sweet spot 8.3, with a medium-hard feel.

Is the Shadow Red better than the Fire Red?

No. They are one racket in two colours, and Padelful's scores are within a few tenths. The Shadow Red is a touch higher for power, the Fire Red a touch higher for rebound and sweet spot.

Is the Siux Electra Pro Shadow Red good for intermediates?

Only strong ones. Padelful says it punishes off-centre contact and demands clean timing, and targets advanced and pro players.

How heavy is the Siux Electra Pro Shadow Red?

Padelful lists 355 to 375 g with a medium balance. Siux does not print a single weight for most of its rackets.

Does the Shadow Red come with a replacement grip?

Check the listing. Siux fits a stock grip, and many players add an overgrip on top to adjust the thickness and tack.
