Siux Trilogy Pro 5 Padel Racket

£200.06

The Siux Trilogy Pro 5 is the 2025 edition of Siux's round control racket, made for advanced players who defend from the back and win points by placing the ball. It is round with a low balance, a hard EVA core and a carbon face with a 3D texture, and retailers list its weight at 355 to 375 g.

Siux numbered its rackets until 2025, which is why this one is the Pro 5 rather than the Trilogy Pro 2025. The 2026 racket that replaced it is a separate listing, and for 2027 Siux brings in a new control mould called Obsidian.

We could not find a published test score for the Pro 5 itself, so this page works from the specification and from how its successor performed. Where we are inferring, we say so.

Siux Trilogy Pro 5 or Trilogy Pro 2026?

Both are round, low-balance control rackets from the same mould, and the new one is an evolution rather than a redesign. The Trilogy Pro 2026 has a 24K carbon face and an EVA core that Siux and Padelful describe as medium-hard. The Pro 5 is listed with a hard core, and the 3D-textured face was its selling point for spin.

On Padelful, the 2026 racket scores 9.6 for control, 8.9 for manoeuvrability and 8.8 for sweet spot, with power at 7.5. We would expect the Pro 5 to be in the same part of the map, a little harder and a little less forgiving, but that is an inference from the specification, not a measurement.

What to expect from the Trilogy Pro 5

A round head with a low balance puts the sweet spot in the middle of the face and keeps the weight in your hand, which is why round rackets are the control choice. Retailers describe the Pro 5 as aimed at advanced and competition players who want precision, and the hard core points the same way: a firm, direct touch that tells you exactly where you hit the ball.

The trade is power. A round racket with a low balance gives you little help on the smash, and the 2026 version's power score of 7.5 on Padelful is the lowest in the Siux pro range. You will win points with depth and placement, patience on the bandeja, and by making the other pair hit one more ball.

A word on sources. Listings agree on round, low balance and a carbon face, and disagree on small things: one shop mislabels it as a Trilogy Elite 5, and weights run from 355 to 375 g. We use 355 to 375 g.

Where the Trilogy sits among the Siux rackets

The Trilogy is the control family in Siux's range, and Padelful's 2026 scores show how different it is from the other pro rackets. The Fenix Pro trades control and handling for 10 out of 10 power, the Electra Pro balances the two, and the Diablo Pro is the most even. The Trilogy sits at the opposite end. The 2024 Spyder Lite Ctrl 3 Hard is the other older round Siux with a hard core. If the same mould in 3K carbon appeals, the Trilogy Elite 6 is the softer version.

Who should skip the Trilogy Pro 5

Anyone who wants free power or a soft touch. A hard core on a low-balance round racket does not give much away, and our best padel racket for intermediate players page covers friendlier options. If you hit hard and like to finish at the net, the diamond padel racket page is where to shop.

Not for you if

You want easy smash power or a comfortable feel. This is a firm, precise racket for players who build points, and it does not help you finish them. A softer round frame from our control padel rackets page will be kinder.

Setting up a Trilogy Pro 5

A hard core feels harsher through a worn grip, so start with a fresh one. A cushioned replacement or a tacky overgrip such as the Head Pro overgrip is the usual choice, and our padel grips page explains the difference. Fit frame tape from the racket protector range before the first match.

Fresh pressure matters for a racket that gives you little rebound, so a tube of Bullpadel Next balls is a sensible partner, and the padel balls page explains how quickly pressure fades. The padel bags page has bags with a thermal pocket, and court shoes are on our padel shoes page.

To weigh it against other brands, the advanced padel rackets list and the full padel racket range are the places to look, and our guide to choosing a padel racket explains shape and balance. The wider Siux padel rackets page covers the whole line.

Siux Trilogy Pro 5 Padel Racket: questions people ask

Is the Siux Trilogy Pro 5 the same as the Trilogy Pro 2025?

Yes. Siux numbered its rackets until 2025, so the 2025 racket is the Pro 5. From 2026 it uses the season year, and the 2026 racket is the Trilogy Pro 2026.

What is the difference between the Trilogy Pro 5 and the Trilogy Pro 2026?

The 2026 racket has a 24K carbon face and a medium-hard EVA core; the Pro 5 is listed with a hard core and a 3D-textured face. Both are round, low-balance control rackets.

Is the Siux Trilogy Pro 5 good for beginners?

No. It is a hard-cored advanced racket. A round shape helps, but a beginner will get more from a softer, lighter round racket.

Is the Trilogy Pro 5 a good buy now the 2026 is out?

It can be, if you want a round control racket and find it at a sensible price. The shape and character are the same as the 2026, and you give up the newer face and colours.

How heavy is the Siux Trilogy Pro 5?

Retailers list 355 to 375 g with a low balance. Siux does not publish a single figure for most of its rackets.

What replaces the Trilogy in 2027?

Siux has announced a new control mould called Obsidian for the 2027 collection, which takes over from the Trilogy.
