Tennis Warehouse says it was co-designed and tested with Fernando Belasteguin.

What the Bela Tour is made of
Tennis Warehouse lists a Duralast rubber outsole with a vortex pattern in the forefoot and heel, meant to help rotation and pivots on a padel court, over a Fused 8 EVA midsole with recycled content. The 4D Support Chassis is a single piece from heel to toe for stability through pivots. The Sensifeel 2.0 upper is a minimally layered TPU film, and the mesh is listed as recycled. An Ortholite Hybrid 3D insole sits inside.
Wilson also offers a more eco-friendly version of the shoe, according to the same page. Check which one you are buying before you order.
Fit, weight and feel
Tennis Warehouse lists true-to-size length, medium width, medium arch and no break-in. The weight figures disagree: 12.1 oz (about 343 g) on Tennis Warehouse US, 341 g in a US 10.5 on Tennis Warehouse Europe and 316 g as a sample weight on RacquetPoint, which says Wilson did not supply a per-shoe figure.
One retailer calls the ride firmer and more locked down than a lighter padel shoe, and another says it reads as hard for less frequent players. Those are single seller opinions, not tests.
Bela Tour or another Wilson
The Hurakn Pro V2 is the lighter, more flexible option, the Hurakn Lite lighter still, the Courtglide is Wilson's entry shoe (with a women's Courtglide alongside) and the Rush Pro 5 is the heaviest of the group.
