4ON Total Dry Spray 50ml

This isn't a grip enhancer, it's an antiperspirant: it reduces how much your hand sweats in the first place, rather than adding tack once it's already damp. 4ON markets it as magnesium-free and chalk-free, aimed specifically at racket sports rather than a general-purpose antiperspirant repurposed for the court.

No ingredient list is published by any retailer we checked, so we can't say what's doing the work chemically. What's consistent across every listing is the positioning: dry hands before you serve, not a fix once your palm is already slick mid-rally.

Spray the wrist, palm and the top of the hand, covering as much skin as you can reach. Let it absorb for 5 to 10 minutes before you start playing for the best effect, rather than spraying on and picking up a racket straight away. Reapply during a session if your hands start sweating again; it isn't a once-a-day product.

Players whose hands sweat enough to affect their grip on a hot or humid day, more than it affects a slippery racket handle itself. If the handle is the problem rather than your hand, 4ON's own TotalGrip spray or its rub-in Total Grip paste are the anti-slip options, applied to the grip as well as the hand, and a fresh overgrip from our padel grips page matters more than either if the grip underneath is simply worn out. 4ON's own base grip and overgrip pack replaces a tired handle together rather than papering over it. The full padel accessories range and the padel racket range cover the rest of the kit, and our guide to choosing a padel racket helps with the racket side.
