Babolat Syntec Team Replacement Grip
£6.39
The Babolat Syntec Team replacement grip is the thinnest Syntec base grip, for players who want a slim handle even after adding an overgrip. Babolat lists it at 1.5 mm thick and 114 cm long, and designs it so it does not add much size.
Babolat Canada files it under padel accessories, which is the strongest padel signal we found for the Syntec range. Reviewers call it tackier than the Pro, or very similar.

The thin one, and why it matters
A handle gets bigger with every layer. At 1.5 mm the Team is 0.4 mm thinner than the Syntec Pro and 0.6 mm thinner than the Evo, and Babolat designed it to add little size even with an overgrip on top. That helps players who already find their handle too big, or who want to lighten it.
The grip is also longer, at 114 cm against the Pro's 110 cm, so you have more to trim and overlap.

Feel and use
Reviewers split: one found it tackier than the Pro, another said it is very similar overall. Treat that as a reason to try it, not a promise. Pair it with a slim overgrip such as the My Overgrip and the Uptake is the thicker alternative if you want more cushion. The padel grips page explains how base grips and overgrips work together.
Who should skip it
Players with small hands or a small handle who want more cushion, and anyone who wants a published padel size from Babolat's UK range. Check the handle size before buying, and see the padel racket range for handle details.
Not for you if
You want a thick, plush handle. At 1.5 mm this is the slimmest Syntec.
