The Dunlop Gecko-Tac replacement grip is a tacky one-piece grip that you wind straight onto a bare handle after stripping the old one, for players who want a firm, high-friction base rather than a wrap over the top. It is sold one grip to a pack, in black or white.
Dunlop says it gives up to 50% more grip and tack than its earlier grips, and one reviewer calls the tack aggressive. Dunlop sells it for tennis and squash, so padel use is our reading and not a Dunlop claim.

Replacement grip or overgrip: the name trap
Dunlop uses Gecko-Tac for two products. This one is the replacement grip, which goes on the bare handle in place of the factory grip. The Gecko-Tac overgrip comes in packs of three, twelve or sixty and wraps over whatever is already on the racket.
A third-party catalogue describes the replacement as three layers: a polyurethane outer skin, a foam and fibre middle and a microfibre base. We found no thickness figure, so we cannot compare it with the Super Tac overgrip, which most sellers list at 0.55 mm.
