The HEAD Tour L padel bag is HEAD's mid-size racket bag for club players: 40 litres, about 60 × 28.5 × 36.5 cm, three racket compartments (one lined with CCT+ climate control), a separate shoe compartment and two zipped pockets, with backpack straps as well as top handles.
The 2026 version brings a new shape, new padding and new top handles, according to the Decathlon listing. If you carry two or three rackets, shoes and a change of kit, it's the size that tends to stop you wishing you'd bought something else.

Three compartments, one of them thermal
Tennis Nuts lists three racquet compartments, a dedicated shoe compartment that keeps shoes away from clothes and rackets, and two zipped accessory pockets. CCT+ is HEAD's lining for protecting rackets against extreme temperatures, and it matters in a country where a car boot goes from freezing to baking in the same season. A lined compartment slows the swing in temperature; it doesn't make a racket immune.
Carrying is by top handles or the backpack system, and the padding has been updated. Decathlon's listing gives the fabric as 75% polyester and 25% TPU.
Seven rackets, or nine?
Padelmarket says the 2026 bag carries seven padel rackets across its three main compartments. Central Sports calls it a 7 to 9 racket size. HEAD's own page isn't one we could confirm, so treat seven as the safe number and nine as the squeeze.
In practice, nobody should be filling it that full. Two or three rackets in the compartments leaves room for shoes, a towel, a hoodie and a spare grip, and the bag stays something you can carry up stairs.

Which Tour bag is this one?
HEAD's Tour range includes three bags that people mix up. This one is the racket bag. The Tour Court Bag 40L is a folding kit duffle with no racket compartment, and the Tour Backpack 25L is a small backpack for one or two rackets. The same bag in Arturo Coello colours is the Coello Tour L, with the same dimensions and litres.
We also list the Tour L under other names and years, such as the no-year Tour L, the 2025 Tour L and the Tour Large padel bag. Check the colour and year on the product you're after, because the stock photos differ.
Not for you if
You carry a single racket, cycle to the court, or want a bag that sits flat on your back. At 60 cm long it's a racket bag first and a backpack second, so the 25 litre backpack suits you better, or the 40 litre rolltop HEAD backpack for three rackets.

Who it suits

Packing it
Rackets in covers in the CCT+ compartment first, the others filled outward, then shoes from padel shoes in the separate compartment, soles inward. Balls from padel balls and a spare overgrip go in the zip pockets.
