K-Swiss K-Frame Mens Padel Shoes

8 · £126

The K-Swiss K-Frame mens padel shoes are the performance shoe in K-Swiss's padel line, for intermediate and advanced players who want stability when they change direction. Stockists list a TPU frame under the forefoot, Hyperfoam cushioning, a Duraprint upper with Dragguard protection on the toes and inner side, and a Dragguard 7.0 outsole with a padel tread.

Tennis Warehouse gives 14.4 oz in a US 10.5, about 408 g, which is more shoe than the brand's light models. K-Swiss's own sheet was not available to us, so the figures below are a stockist's.

  • TPU K-Frame under the forefoot
  • Hyperfoam cushioning
  • Dragguard 7.0 outsole, padel tread
  • About 408 g, US 10.5 (stockist)

What the K-Frame actually is

The name comes from a TPU structure under the forefoot, which Tennis Warehouse calls an innovative frame that supports quick, explosive changes of direction. In a padel shoe the forefoot is where the work happens: you push off it to split step, to sprint to the net and to dig out of the corners, and a stiff plate there stops the foot rolling.

Around it, the cushioning is Hyperfoam, described as plush yet responsive. The Duraprint upper is built to ventilate and support, with Dragguard protection on the toes and along the inner side, where padel shoes wear out first from dragging.

Fit, weight and break-in

The same stockist describes a medium width that narrows at the toe, a snug length, a slightly low arch and a slight break-in. At 14.4 oz it is a solid shoe, and a stable one for the price, but it will feel heavier than the Express Light range. Sizes in the US run 8 to 12 in half steps.

If you have wide feet or a high arch, try it before relying on it, or go up a half size. We found no UK size chart. Retailers also differ on laces, with one listing covered, reinforced laces, and another saying nothing.

K-Frame or another K-Swiss?

The women's K-Frame is the same idea in a women's fit. For a lighter and cheaper shoe, the Express Light 3 has a full herringbone sole, and the Court Express 2 Clay is the clay-series entry shoe. The Ultra Court is also in the range, the lighter Ultrashot Light is the recreational option, and the heavier Ultrashot 4 Clay is a clay tennis shoe some padel players buy.

Our padel shoes for men page puts the other brands alongside, including Babolat's Premura 3 for a lighter attacking shoe. Rublev's tennis clay shoe, the Speed Rublo Clay, shares the K-Frame idea but is not a padel shoe.

Who should skip the K-Frame

Players who want the lightest shoe on court, and anyone with wide feet. A frame in the forefoot and a Hyperfoam midsole add weight and stiffness, and the fit is described as snug. It also lacks a K-Swiss sheet for us to check, and we found no year.

Not for you if

You want a light, flexible shoe or have wide feet. A stockist lists about 408 g and a medium width that narrows at the toe. The Express Light 3 is the lighter K-Swiss, and our padel shoes page explains how to choose.

Kit to go with the K-Frame

A competitive shoe pairs with a racket to match. Our advanced padel rackets page lists them, and the full padel racket range is on one page. Fresh balls from the padel balls page and overgrips from the padel grips page complete the basics.

A bag with a shoe pocket, such as the Babolat RH Pro, keeps sand off the rest of your kit, and the padel bag page lists others. Our guide to choosing a padel racket is the place to start if the racket is still to buy.

K-Swiss K-Frame Mens Padel Shoes: questions people ask

How heavy are the K-Swiss K-Frame padel shoes?

Our listing says 2026, but we found no K-Swiss source giving a year. The 2026 label in search results belonged to the Ultra Court.
