Pallap Evoforce Team Padel Racket

£143

The Pallap Evoforce Team padel racket weighs 340 to 345g with a low balance and a 15K carbon face on a Dual Carbon frame, built as the accessible entry point into Pallap's Evoforce range. We stock the Blue colourway; a Pink version exists at other retailers.

After four Evoforce pages where our catalogue's spec tags didn't match outside sources, this is the one where they do. Tennis Warehouse Europe's own listing calls it low balance, the same tag our catalogue already carries.

The one Evoforce racket our tags got right

We flagged a mismatch between our catalogue's balance tag and outside sources on every Evoforce racket from Bright Star through Pro. This is the exception. Tennis Warehouse Europe measures Team at 250 to 255mm and explicitly calls it low balance, which is exactly what our own listing already says. After four pages of conflicts, it's worth stating plainly when a spec actually checks out.

Shape is a little more mixed. Most retailers call it teardrop, but one listing for this exact SKU calls it hybrid, which happens to match our catalogue tag too. We're noting the split rather than declaring either side definitively right.

Team's low balance matches every outside source. After four rackets where our tag didn't match, this one checks out. From Tennis Warehouse Europe, TennisPro and padel-magazine.co.uk.

The build, and a fifth different core

The face is a 15K carbon weave, called Carbon CX by one retailer, over a Dual Carbon frame. One source names the core Puretouch 28 Foam, though no second retailer confirms that name, so we're treating it as single-sourced rather than settled fact.

Whatever it's called, it's a different core from every other Evoforce racket. Bright Star, Dark Star, Elite and Pro each use their own core and face combination, and Team makes it five different recipes across five rackets sharing one family name. Its closest match is outside the family altogether: the Velocity Team Light 2026 lists the same weight, balance and frame, with a softer fibreglass face instead of carbon.

How it plays

A review from padel-magazine.co.uk describes Team as the entry point of the range: light, manoeuvrable and accessible, with enough technology that you won't outgrow it in a season. That matches the low balance and lighter weight, which keep the head quick and forgive a late swing better than the heavier rackets above it.

Compared to the Evoforce Elite or the flagship Evoforce Pro, Team gives up outright power for ease of use. It's the racket to learn on, not the one to grow out of quickly, but it is a step below both in raw pace. Even the lighter Evoforce Bright Star, built for speed rather than raw power, asks more of your technique than Team does.

Who should buy it

Beginners and improving players who want a genuine carbon racket rather than a fibreglass starter frame, and anyone moving up from a round racket who wants to keep the low balance while adding some carbon precision. Our best padel racket for beginners page covers the level more broadly, and the teardrop padel racket page sets the shape against every brand we stock.

Not for you if

You already attack with pace and want the racket to add to it. Team is built to be forgiving, not powerful, and an advanced player will find the Evoforce Dark Star or Evoforce Pro a better fit once technique allows it.

Setting it up

Fit a padel racket protector early, since new players tend to scrape the frame more than most. An overgrip from our padel grip range keeps the handle tacky as you build consistency.

Pair it with fresh balls from our padel balls range and a padel bag to keep everything together. Add padel shoes for sand-filled turf, see the full padel racket range, and the guide on how to choose a padel racket if this is your first frame.

Pallap Evoforce Team Padel Racket: questions people ask

Is the Pallap Evoforce Team the same as the Bright Star, Dark Star, Elite or Pro?

No. All five Evoforce rackets use different cores and faces. Team is the entry point: lighter, lower balance and more forgiving than any of the other four.

Is the Pallap Evoforce Team low balance?

Yes, and this is the one Evoforce racket where our catalogue tag actually matches outside sources. Tennis Warehouse Europe measures it at 250 to 255mm and calls it low balance directly.

Is the Pallap Evoforce Team good for beginners?

Yes, it is pitched as the accessible entry point of the range: light, manoeuvrable and forgiving, with enough carbon technology that you should not outgrow it in a single season.

How heavy is the Pallap Evoforce Team?

Most sources agree on 340 to 345g, with one retailer giving a slightly wider window up to 350g.

Does the Pallap Evoforce Team come in other colours?

We stock the Blue colourway. A Pink version with a textured Spindriver face exists at other European retailers, but it is not currently in our catalogue.
