Why sliding rungs matter
A fixed ladder gives you one rhythm. Sliding rungs let you widen the gaps for lateral shuffles and tighten them for quick feet, which suits the small, sharp steps padel asks for around the net. The strap holds the rungs where you put them.
If you prefer circles to rungs, the Precision hoop ladder is a set of interlocking hoops instead.
Using it before a match
Lay it flat on a clean floor or a dry court, with a Babolat towel nearby for the sweat (or a Toolz hexagon grid for multi-direction drills), and run a few lengths as part of a warm-up. It does not replace a proper warm-up, and the padel accessories range has the small kit for the rest of the session. Pairing it with fresh shoes from our padel shoes page helps grip on the court.
