What a hexagon grid does
A hexagon grid is a ring of cells you step in and out of, which makes you change direction in six ways instead of two. That suits padel footwork around the net, where you shuffle, split-step and recover. The Toolz listing says no more than coordination, agility and endurance, so we do too.
For straight-line work, the Precision sliding-rung ladder has adjustable spacing, and the Precision hoop ladder uses interlocking hoops.
Using it before a match
Lay it flat on a clean floor, run a few short drills and finish before the warm-up gets tiring. It does not replace a proper warm-up. Our padel accessories range has the rest of the small kit, and the Toolz pick up tube is useful for coaching sessions.
Who should skip it
Anyone who needs a confirmed size or wants a padel-specific product. See the padel racket range if you are still choosing kit, and our guide to choosing a padel racket for the basics.
Not for you if
You need a confirmed size or piece count. The listing gives neither.
