Siux Pro Tour Backpack

£42.45

The Siux Pro Tour backpack is a padel backpack for players who travel to the court light, with a racket compartment at the back, a main compartment with a large zip and a separate ventilated shoe section. One stockist lists no thermal insulation, a top carry handle, shoulder straps and a reinforced back to absorb knocks.

Siux publishes no litre capacity, dimensions or racket count that we could find, and the listing we read does not give a year. This page says what is listed, says what is missing, and shows how to judge it against backpacks that do publish their sizes.

What is listed for the Siux Pro Tour backpack

Ipon Tennis describes a backpack with three jobs. The racket compartment sits at the back, where it is closest to your spine, and has integrated protection. A spacious main compartment opens with a large zip for clothes and kit. A ventilated shoe compartment is designed to keep moisture away from the rest of the bag.

It carries by shoulder straps, with a top handle that complements them, and the back is reinforced to absorb impacts. The same page marks the thermal insulator as no, which matters if you leave rackets in a hot car: a backpack without insulation protects against knocks, not temperature.

What is not listed, and what to ask

No capacity in litres, no measurements in centimetres, no racket count, no material and no weight appear on the listing, and we found nothing from Siux that fills the gap. Those are the details that decide whether a backpack suits you, so they are worth asking a seller before you pay.

Start with how many rackets it holds, since a rear compartment on a padel backpack may take only one or two, and then whether a wet pair of shoes plus a change of clothes fits beside them. A backpack that cannot carry your shoes dry is only half a padel bag.

Siux Pro Tour or a backpack with a published size?

Babolat's two court backpacks publish their numbers. Babolat's Hero backpack is 30 litres for two rackets with a laptop pocket, and the smaller Court Lite backpack is 25 litres for one racket. Neither lists a shoe compartment or thermal lining, which is where the Siux listing claims an edge, as does StarVie's Hard EVA backpack.

If you want to carry more than two rackets, a racket bag makes more sense, such as the Babolat RH Pro, or Siux's own thermal Electra Stupa backpack. For a compact alternative from StarVie, see the Urban backpack. Our padel bag page explains backpacks and holdalls side by side, and the Siux padel rackets page covers the brand's rackets.

Who should skip the Siux Pro Tour backpack

Anyone who needs to know the size before buying, anyone carrying more than two rackets and anyone who wants insulation for their rackets. We cannot tell you the capacity, and one stockist lists no thermal lining.

Not for you if

You need a published capacity or a thermal pocket. The listing gives neither, and the stockist's page was out of stock when we read it. A racket bag from our padel bag range will carry more.

What goes in it

One or two rackets from the padel racket range, perhaps a Siux such as the Electra Pro, a tube from the padel balls page and spare overgrips from the padel grips page. Court shoes go in the ventilated section, and our padel shoes page covers what to look for.

Our guide to choosing a padel racket is the place to start if the rackets are still to buy.

Siux Pro Tour Backpack: questions people ask

How many rackets does the Siux Pro Tour backpack hold?

We could not find a racket count. The listing describes one rear racket compartment with protection, so ask the seller before relying on more than one.

How many litres is the Siux Pro Tour backpack?

No capacity is published on the listing we read, and we found no Siux figure.

Does the Siux Pro Tour backpack have a thermal pocket?

One stockist lists the thermal insulator as no, so it protects against knocks, not heat.

Does the Siux Pro Tour backpack have a shoe compartment?

Yes. The stockist describes a ventilated shoe compartment designed to eliminate moisture.

Is the Siux Pro Tour backpack the same as the Siux Tour backpack?

We cannot confirm it. Siux sells a Pro Tour line and a Tour backpack, and we found no source explaining how they relate.

Is the Siux Pro Tour backpack good for commuting?

Its straps, top handle and reinforced back suit carrying, though the size is unpublished. Check the dimensions against your commute before you buy.
