Arrow Hit Carbon review: punchy, but kinder than most diamonds

Padelful describes a lively, punchy ball exit, a stable feel on contact and solid bandejas and víboras. One of the reviews it draws on, Pádel Review, calls it an attacking racket that is fairly forgiving and less punishing than many diamonds. A German review calls it a successor to the Metalbone line that blends punch with manageability.

The warnings are the usual ones for the shape. Low balls need cleaner timing, shots off the wall take more work and long matches can load the arm. Power at 7.3 is the lowest score on the sheet, so this is a racket that rewards timing more than brute force.

The scores come from very few reviews, so treat them as a first impression. The licensee lists the level as pro, while its own text says advanced. Take that as advanced.

Arrow Hit Carbon or the plain Arrow Hit?

On the licensee's sheets the two look very close: both are head-heavy diamonds with an ASC face, 360 to 375 g and a 38 mm profile. We could not find a source that spells out the build difference. What the scores say is that the plain Arrow Hit leads on four of five lines, power most of all, 8.4 against 7.3, while the Carbon is a touch quicker in the hand.

If you want the round version of the family, the Arrow Hit Carbon Ctrl and Arrow Hit Ctrl are the options. For other diamonds, the Metalbone Carbon is the older cousin.

Attack, ATTK and Carbon: one racket

Retailers list this racket as the Arrow Hit Carbon Attack, the Arrow Hit Carbon ATTK and sometimes the ATTK Carbon. Attack is the game type adidas gives it, and the licensee's reference code for the Carbon matches the one a retailer gives its Carbon Attack. They are one racket. The plain Arrow Hit is a separate listing. The limited Arrow Hit Hexagon is another variant with its own face.

Not for you if

You want a forgiving defensive racket or an easy arm. Padelful lists arm load in long matches and more work on shots off the wall and low balls.

Setting up an Arrow Hit Carbon

adidas Arrow Hit Carbon Padel Racket 2026: questions people ask

Is the Arrow Hit Carbon the same as the Arrow Hit Carbon Attack?

Yes. Attack, spelled ATTK by some shops, is the game type. The licensee reference code for the Carbon matches the one on a retailer's Carbon Attack listing.

What is the difference between the Arrow Hit Carbon and the Arrow Hit?

On paper, very little: both are ASC diamonds at 360 to 375 g. Padelful scores the plain Arrow Hit higher for power, 8.4 against 7.3, and the Carbon a little quicker in the hand.

Is the Arrow Hit Carbon good for intermediate players?

Strong, attacking intermediates, yes. Reviewers call it fairly forgiving for a diamond, but low balls and wall shots still need clean timing.

Is the Arrow Hit Carbon a pro or advanced racket?

The licensee lists pro level in its details and advanced in its text. Treat it as an advanced racket.

Is the Arrow Hit Carbon head heavy?

Yes. The licensee lists head heavy and Padelful says slightly head heavy.

Will a diamond racket hurt my arm?

It can. Padelful lists arm load in long matches for this racket. A round racket is kinder if your elbow is sensitive.
