The adidas Cross It Carbon is a diamond padel racket for advanced and strong intermediate players who attack. It has a 6K carbon face, an EVA Soft Performance core, a high balance and a listed weight of 360 to 375 g. Padelful scores the 2026 model 8.3 overall, with rebound at 9.0 and power at 8.6.

It is a lively racket rather than a brutal one. The catch is a sweet spot that punishes mishits, and a score of 7.8 for it shows. Retailers also sell it as the Cross It Carbon 3.5 or the Maxi Arce edition, which can confuse a search.

Cross It Carbon review: lively, but you have to hit it well

Padelful's page praises the ball exit on clean hits, stable volleys with good bite and predictable bandeja and smash. Rebound is the top score at 9.0 and power is 8.6, which is what you would expect from a diamond with a 6K carbon face.

The weak side is forgiveness. The sweet spot scores 7.8, the lowest on the sheet, and Padelful lists a demanding sweet spot on mishits, defence that needs active preparation and drop shots that fly if you play them late. It suits players with clean mechanics who want a firm, lively frame.

Opinions on its character differ. Some reviewers call it a control-oriented racket for a diamond, others a pure attacker. Both can be true. Its 6K face is a different build from the Cross It 3.4's 15K, and the scores show a tamer, livelier racket rather than a bigger hitter.

Cross It Carbon or Cross It 3.4?

Both are diamonds. The Cross It 3.4 is the 2025 racket with a 15K face, and on Padelful's numbers it hits harder, 9.7 against 8.6 for power, and controls better. The Carbon rebounds more and has the 2026 build. Remember that the 3.4's scores rest on very few reviews.

The round alternative is the [Cross It Ctrl] (/products/adidas-cross-it-ctrl), a firm but forgiving racket with a much bigger sweet spot, the Cross It Carbon Ctrl puts the same 6K face on a round head, and the Cross It Light is the quick one.

Names to watch for: 3.5 and Maxi Arce

Some retailers list this racket as the Cross It Carbon 3.5 2026, and the licensee sells a Maxi Arce edition of the 2026 Cross It Carbon. Padelful's page does not mention Maxi Arce. A review of last season's signature version, the Cross It Carbon Maxi Arce 2025, shows the same 6K diamond hardware. We cannot tell you how the 2026 listings differ beyond the name, so check the specs and year on the one you buy.
