adidas Junior Crazyquick Padel Shoes 2026

2 · £31.87

The adidas Junior Crazyquick padel shoes are adidas's padel shoe for children: a lace-up junior shoe with a breathable upper, billed as lightweight and built for quick movement. Our listing runs from UK 2 to 5.5. They suit young players who play padel regularly and need a proper court shoe rather than a trainer.

Very little is published about them. Retailers give a short description and a product code, JQ9274, and we found no weight and no review. This page says what is known, what is borrowed from the adult shoe and how to size a growing foot.

What is actually published

Stringers World lists the shoe as a lightweight option for young padel players, with a breathable upper, a secure lace closure and a durable cold cement construction. It says nothing about the midsole or outsole, and gives no weight.

A search summary of the Mister Tennis listing describes an engineered mesh upper with TPU inserts, an EVA midsole and an Adiwear rubber sole with a padel-specific pattern, but that page would not load for us, so we cannot confirm it. The Slingframe support on adidas's adult Crazyquick is listed for the adult shoe only, and we found no source that puts it on the junior.

In other words, treat it as a padel-patterned, lace-up kids shoe from a major brand, not as a scaled-down copy of the adult Crazyquick Boost or Lightstrike.

Construction details vary by retailer. The junior shoe is thinly documented: no weight and no reviews. Do not assume the adult shoe's tech applies. Retailer pages, November 2026.

Sizing a junior padel shoe

Our listing offers UK 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5 and 5.5. Fit reports for the adult Crazyquick are mixed, from true to size to running small, and they do not transfer to children's sizes, so measure the foot and check the size chart before you order.

Children outgrow shoes quickly. A teenager who reaches the top of the junior run can step into the women's range, such as the Courtquick W, or the men's Courtquick. Size systems differ between listings, so check each page.

When to buy something else

If your child already plays several times a week or slides hard, an adult-range shoe with real support will serve better once the size allows. If they only play now and then, any non-marking court shoe works for a short while, but a padel sole gives better grip on the court. See the padel shoes hub for other options, or Babolat's Jet Premura 2 Junior if you want a Michelin sole.

Not for you if

You need a documented weight, a published midsole or independent reviews. We found none for the junior shoe, and its details come from retailer descriptions.

What goes with a junior padel shoe

A junior racket is the other half of the kit. Our kids padel racket page covers sizing by height and the adidas Arrow Hit Junior is the adidas option. Add a spare adidas overgrip, check the padel balls page for the right ball and read our guide to choosing a padel racket for the next step up.

adidas Junior Crazyquick Padel Shoes 2026: questions people ask

Is the adidas Junior Crazyquick the same as the Crazyquick Padel Junior?

Yes. Retailers use Junior Crazyquick, Crazyquick Padel Junior and Crazyquick Kids for the shoe with the manufacturer code JQ9274.

Does the junior Crazyquick have the same tech as the adult Crazyquick?

Not necessarily. Slingframe is listed for the adult shoe, and we found no source that confirms it on the junior. Retailer details for the junior are short.

What sizes does the adidas Junior Crazyquick come in?

Our listing offers UK 2 to 5.5 in half sizes. Check the size chart and measure your child's foot.

Do kids need a padel shoe?

A court shoe with a padel-style sole grips sand-filled turf better than a trainer, and a lace-up fit helps support quick lateral movement. Casual players can manage with a good court shoe for a while.

How long will a pair of junior padel shoes last?

Children outgrow shoes before they wear them out. Check the toe and the outsole for wear, and plan for a size up within a season.

Is there a review of the junior Crazyquick?

We found none. One retailer page shows no reviews, and the adult reviews do not apply to children's sizes.
