Bullpadel Vertex Junior Girl Padel Racket (2026)

£55.96

The Bullpadel Vertex junior girl padel racket is the colour twin to the Boy 26, and we've now checked the claim our own kids padel racket guide already makes: on weight, shape, core and face, the two really are identical, just in different colours.

One place they're not identical: how retailers position them. Tennisnuts lists the Boy 26 as an advanced racket and this Girl 26 as beginner to intermediate, a genuine difference in the copy rather than the racket itself.

Confirmed: the same racket as the Boy 26

Tennisnuts lists this racket at 335 to 345 g in its spec table (330 to 345 g in the description text, a small internal gap of its own), a diamond shape, medium or even balance, a Polyglass fibreglass face and a carbon fibre tubular frame. Every one of those figures matches the already-overlaid Vertex Junior Boy 26, and our own catalogue description for both rackets is worded identically. That backs up what our kids padel racket guide already says: this is a genuine colour-only pair, not two different builds.

The page's own shape guide text claims diamonds are generally high balance, which doesn't match this racket's own spec table figure of medium. That reads like boilerplate copy rather than a number specific to this model, so we're going with the spec table's medium balance.

Where the colours really do differ: the label, not the racket

Tennisnuts calls the Boy 26 an advanced racket and this Girl 26 beginner to intermediate. Nothing in the weight, shape, core or face backs that distinction up: both are built the same way for the same kind of attacking junior player. Treat the level label as retailer positioning rather than a reason to pick one colour over the other based on your child's ability.

Who it suits

An advanced junior, roughly 9 to 13 depending on height and strength, already hitting with a full swing and wanting more pop on the smash than a forgiving entry racket gives. It's built the same as last season's Vertex Girl Junior 2023, so either generation suits the same player if you find one in stock before the other.

Not for you if

Your child is newer to padel. A diamond this head-heavy punishes an off-centre hit more than a round or teardrop entry racket; the lighter Indiga Junior rackets are the gentler starting point.

Setting it up

A tacky overgrip from our padel grips page keeps a fast junior swing secure on the handle. A racket protector is worth adding too, since a diamond's edge takes the brunt of an off-centre hit. Junior padel shoes matter for grip on sand-dressed turf, and our padel ball page covers what keeps a session going. The full padel racket range and the Bullpadel rackets page cover everything else in the family, and our guide to choosing a padel racket explains shape and balance from the start.

Bullpadel Vertex Junior Girl Padel Racket (2026): questions people ask

Is the Bullpadel Vertex Junior Girl 26 the same as the Vertex Jr Girl 26?

Yes. Retailers shorten "Junior" to "Jr" interchangeably; same racket, same 2026 generation.

Is the Vertex Junior Girl 26 really identical to the Boy 26?

On weight, shape, core and face, yes, confirmed by our own catalogue tags and Tennisnuts listings for both. The one difference is how retailers label them: Tennisnuts calls the Boy 26 advanced and this Girl 26 beginner to intermediate, which reads like positioning copy rather than a build difference.

How heavy is the Bullpadel Vertex Junior Girl 26?

About 330 to 350 g, matching the Boy 26 exactly.

Should I buy the Vertex Junior Girl 26 or last season's Vertex Girl Junior 2023?

Either. We've checked both against our own research and the build is nearly unchanged across the two generations, so buy whichever one is actually in stock.

What should my child move to after the Vertex Junior Girl 26?

Bullpadel's adult Vertex line once they're playing a full adult swing and competing regularly, typically from their mid-teens depending on height and strength.

Not sure the Bullpadel Vertex Junior Girl 26 Padel Racket is the one? Compare it with every other padel racket we stock, sorted by level, shape and weight, and the kids padel rackets page narrows it to your level.
