Nox AT10 Genius 12K Alum Xtrem Lite 2026 Padel Racket

£199

The Nox AT10 Genius 12K Alum Xtrem Lite 2026 is the light version of Agustin Tapia's 12K Genius, for players who build points with movement and quick hands rather than power: 355 to 365 g, the stiff 12K Alum Xtrem face, a soft HR3 White EVA core and a medium-balanced teardrop.

Padelful gives it a perfect 10 for handling and 9.1 for the sweet spot, 8.6 overall, and says it fits naturally if your game is built on movement, control and quick hands.

How the Genius 12K Lite 2026 plays

Like the full Genius with the weight taken out of your hands. Padelful lists very quick handling through the air, a large sweet spot for its shape and a clean response on the bandeja and víbora. Against the full-weight Genius 12K Alum Xtrem 2026 it gives up 1.4 points of power but gains a full point of rebound and a little handling, which is why defence feels easier.

The costs are the ones Padelful names: limited top-end smash power, less bite than firmer rackets, and aggressive volleys that need you to add the pace.

What the white core changes

The face and shape match the full 12K. The difference is inside: a softer HR3 White EVA core, which Padelful describes as medium-soft against the full racket's medium-hard, and 5 to 10 g less weight. You feel it most on off-centre blocks and long defensive rallies, where the Lite is kinder on the arm and puts the ball deeper without extra effort.

Who it suits

Lighter players, many women, juniors moving into adult rackets and intermediates stepping up from fibreglass: anyone who wants carbon precision without a 370 g swing. Shops often file it under women's rackets, but it is unisex. Our women's padel rackets and intermediate rackets pages compare it with other brands, and it's often on our padel racket sale page now the 2027 is out.

Not for you if

You finish points with the smash or you want the racket to bite on aggressive volleys. With 7.6 for power, you'll be doing the work. The full-weight Genius 12K or a diamond will suit you better.

Grip, protector and kit

A fresh overgrip from our padel grips range adds a few grams at the handle and calms a light head. Fit a racket protector before the first session. Pair it with a tube from our padel balls, padel shoes made for sand-filled turf and a padel bag with a thermal pocket. The full padel racket range and our guide to choosing a padel racket cover the rest.

Nox AT10 Genius 12K Alum Xtrem Lite 2026 Padel Racket: questions people ask

Is the Nox AT10 Luxury Genius 12K Lite 2026 the same racket as the Genius 12K Alum Xtrem Lite 2026?

Yes. Luxury was part of Nox's 2026 naming and is dropped by some shops; both names describe this 355 to 365 g Lite.

Genius 12K Lite or Ventus Hybrid 12K Lite 2026?

The Genius Lite has the softer white HR3 core and scores higher for sweet spot and handling. The Ventus Lite has a firmer black core and scores higher for control and power.

Is the Nox Genius 12K Lite 2026 good for intermediate players?

Yes for intermediates with a tidy swing. The soft core and big sweet spot are forgiving for a carbon racket, but it gives little free power.

How heavy is the Nox AT10 Genius 12K Alum Xtrem Lite 2026?

Padelful and Zona de Padel list 355 to 365 g. The 2027 Lite drops to 350 to 360 g.

How should I look after the Genius 12K Lite?

Use a frame protector and a cover, keep it out of hot cars, and wipe the sand-finish face after play so it keeps its grip.
