Nox Nerbo Speed Padel Balls, Tube of 3

£5.85

Nox Nerbo Speed padel balls are the livelier version of Nox's Nerbo, sold as a tube of three pressurised balls for attack-minded players who want a ball that sits up and travels. Listings describe optimal pressure stability, a lively, consistent bounce and FIP approval.

Those are the sellers' words. Nobody we found compares the Speed with the standard Nerbo, and Nox publishes no pressure, felt or core figures for either, so the difference is a claim we can pass on rather than a result we can prove.

What the listings say about the Speed

The pitch is consistent: a faster, livelier ball with stable pressure and maximum power, for demanding, attack-minded players. One listing adds that it suits moderate temperatures and low-altitude courts, which describes most of Britain, indoors and out, most of the year. Another calls it the ball of the A1 Padel circuit; Nox itself began its A1 deal in 2024-25 with the Pro Titanium, so we pass on the retailer's wording without relying on it.

Names are a mess. The same ball turns up as Nerbo Speed, Nerbo+ Speed and simply Speed balls, and our title is the first of those. Retailers sell it as a single tube of three or a case of 24 tubes, 72 balls.

Speed or standard Nerbo?

If you want a ball that feels lively off a control racket, try one tube of each and decide for yourself; at this size it costs little to find out. If you simply want the all-rounder, the standard Nerbo tube or the Nerbo dozen is the safer buy. A livelier ball is a gamble on cold outdoor courts, where HEAD's Pro S+ is the firmer, higher-bouncing option.

Not for you if

You're learning, or already struggle to keep the ball in play: a livelier ball makes that harder, not easier. A standard tube is the better teacher. Our padel balls page compares the rest.

Looking after them

Once a tube is opened its pressure starts falling, so seal it back up or use a pressuriser between sessions. A lively ball suits Tapia's Genius 18K Alum as well as softer rackets, and the full padel racket range is on the next page along.
