Nox Nerbo Balls, Dozen (12 Padel Balls)

£17

Nox Nerbo balls are Nox's FIP-approved match ball, sold here as a dozen: twelve pressurised balls for players who get through a can or so a week and would rather buy a month's worth at once. They suit club players at any level, and they're the natural match for a Nox racket.

Retailers across Europe list Nerbo as the A1 Padel tour ball. Nox took over as A1's ball supplier for the 2024-25 season, starting with its Pro Titanium, so treat the tour link as the brand's story rather than a reason on its own to buy.

What you get, and what Nox claims

Twelve Nerbo balls. Nox sells Nerbo in tubes of three, so we expect four sealed tubes, and we'll confirm the packing when stock arrives. Like every padel ball on sale in the UK they're pressurised, and the FIP's rules put a new ball at roughly 10.1 to 11.5 psi inside, lower than a tennis ball, which is why padel balls come off the back glass slower.

Nox itself publishes no felt or core details. The listings agree on a reactive, consistent bounce and approval by the International Padel Federation, and pitch the ball at a quick, attacking game and at every level from beginner up. That's a fair description of most premium padel balls, to be honest. Where Nerbo earns its place is matching the feel of the rest of your Nox kit.

Nerbo, Nerbo Speed or Pro Titanium?

Nox makes three balls you'll see in the UK. Standard Nerbo is the all-rounder on this page, also sold as a single tube of three. The Nerbo Speed is sold on a faster, livelier bounce for players who want the ball to sit up. The Pro Titanium is the ball Nox debuted on the A1 tour and the one we sell in the biggest boxes.

How long does a dozen last?

No ball maker puts a number on it. The only figure in print is Padel Nuestro's, about three games of frequent use per can. On that basis a dozen is roughly a month of fresh balls for a once-a-week player, and two weeks if you play twice.

Once you open a tube the gas starts leaving, and a padel ball pressuriser such as the HEAD X4 slows that down between sessions. It's the easiest way to stretch a dozen into a fifth week.

When to buy something else

If your club or league plays with a named ball, practise with that one. Most British clubs use HEAD, so the HEAD Pro S+ or the HEAD Pro+ dozen will feel more like match day. And if you only play a couple of times a month, a dozen is more than you need; buy a tube instead. Our padel balls page compares every brand we stock.

Nox rackets to use them with

Lively balls suit control rackets that add little pace of their own, like Lamperti's round Ventus Control 3K, and they're just as happy off Tapia's Genius 18K Alum. Keep the dozen in the thermal pocket of a padel bag, out of the sun, and browse every padel racket or read how to choose a padel racket if you're kitting out from scratch. One naming note: Nox also sells Nerbo shoes, so check you're adding balls to the basket and not a pair of trainers.

Nox Nerbo Balls, Dozen (12 Padel Balls): questions people ask

Are Nox Nerbo balls the same as Nox Nerbo Speed?

No. They are separate balls. Nerbo Speed is sold on a faster, livelier bounce; standard Nerbo is the all-round version. Both are pressurised and sold in tubes of three.

Are Nox Nerbo balls good for beginners?

Yes. Retailers pitch them at every level, and a pressurised ball within FIP limits plays the same for a beginner as for anyone else. Buy a tube first if you play only now and then.

Nox Nerbo or HEAD Pro S+: which should I buy?

If your club plays HEAD in leagues, practise with HEAD. If you play socially and use a Nox racket, the Nerbo is a sensible, FIP-approved choice.

How long do Nox Nerbo balls stay lively once opened?

Nox gives no figure. Padel Nuestro says a can lasts about three games of frequent use; a pressuriser between sessions stretches that.

How many Nox Nerbo balls are in a dozen?

Twelve. Nerbo is sold in tubes of three, so a dozen is usually four tubes; we will confirm the packing when stock arrives.
