The Oxdog X Padel Thermo backpack is the thermal one of Oxdog's look-alike X bags: a 28 litre backpack, 27 x 48 x 30 cm, with a thermal compartment for up to two rackets. It's for players who walk or cycle to the court and don't want a carbon frame cooking in a hot boot or sitting cold in a locker.
Oxdog sells a plain X Padel Bag in the same dark grey and the same box size without the thermal lining, and shops mix them up. This is the insulated version.

Three X bags, one set of dimensions
Total Padel, Tennis Warehouse Europe and MyPadelLife list the Thermo backpack at 27 x 48 x 30 cm, 28 litres and a thermal racket compartment for two. The plain X Padel Bag shares the same outer box but is listed at 32 litres with no thermal lining, and the larger X Pro Thermo bag is 42 litres. The litres wobble between shops, so go by the name and the thermal lining.
One Padelshop page for a dark grey X Thermo describes 32 litres, but its text reads like another model's. We don't use that figure.
What the thermal compartment is for
Padel rackets have an EVA foam core, and heat softens foam: a boot in July is the classic offender. An insulated pocket slows that down, but it doesn't make a racket immune, so don't leave the bag in the car all day. No source gives the pocket's internal size, only that it holds two rackets, so measure a wide-head racket against it if you play a diamond.
