The Softee transparent protector is a clear adhesive strip for the top of a padel racket's frame, sold as the Softee Padel Protector Transparent 1T. It's for players who want the frame protected without changing how the racket looks, and who want a cheap, simple strip.

Keepadel's page says the adhesion is exceptional, with high resistance, a long useful life and a firm, secure feel on every hit. It doesn't say how many strips are in the pack, how big they are or what the adhesive is, and the "1T" in the name isn't explained.

What is stated, and what is not

One retailer page is all we have: the claims above and an EAN, 8445090040833. Our photo shows a clear to white film strip with a large black SOFTEE print in the middle and a smaller one at each end.

So we can't tell you the length, the thickness, the material or whether you get one strip or more. Treat it as a basic clear strip and check it against your frame when it arrives.

Clear or gold?

Wipe the frame clean and dry, peel the backing slowly and press the strip down from the middle outwards. Leave it overnight before playing, and replace it when it lifts.
