Black Crown Hurricane Confort 4.0 Padel Racket 2026
£166.50
The Black Crown Hurricane Confort 4.0 padel racket is the soft version of the Hurricane, for players who want control and comfort. A UK retailer lists it with a 12K Alucarbon face, a super soft white EVA core, a 2TB AIR double tubular frame and a weight of 355 to 370 g, on the same mould as the Hurricane line but with a softer touch.
We found no independent review of the Confort. Listings disagree on balance and head shape, so this page sets out what is published and uses the reviewed Hurricane Pro 4.0 as a guide to the line, clearly labelled as a different racket.

Which level is the Black Crown Hurricane Confort 4.0 2026 Padel Racket for?
By Tushan Das, Owner, Padel Depot · Updated
What the Hurricane Confort 4.0 is
Padel Shack calls it a racket for players who want control and comfort, promising a softer touch and a more controlled response than the Hurricane. The core is described as a super soft white EVA that gives a soft, forgiving feel and extra ball placement precision. The 2TB AIR double tubular frame is meant for stability and strength.
Two extras are worth knowing. Vibrolow is a handle system to reduce vibration, which helps arm-sensitive players, and Sandspin is a textured face for grip and spin. The handle has extra space for two-handed backhands.
There are no customer reviews on that page and we found none elsewhere. Treat the claims as the brand's own.

Confort or Pro: reading the Hurricane line
Padelful reviews the Hurricane Pro 4.0, not the Confort, and its page does not mention the Confort. It scores the Pro control 9.0, sweet spot 9.1 and power 7.6, with a medium-soft feel and a quick, round handling. The older 2025 racket is the Hurricane Pro 3.0. The Confort is sold on the same mould, so expect the same kind of racket, softer.
Listings disagree on shape and balance: Padel Shack says teardrop and even balance, Tradeinn says tweener, and Padelful's Pro text says low balance. If balance matters to you, ask us or weigh the racket on arrival.

Who should skip it
Anyone who wants an independent verdict, anyone who needs power from the racket and strong smashers. A soft racket tops out quickly, and nothing independent confirms how this one plays. The control padel rackets page lists reviewed alternatives, and the intermediate padel rackets page covers the level below.
Not for you if
You want a reviewed racket or one that supplies its own power. There is no independent review of the Confort, and a soft core gives less pop.
Setting up a Hurricane Confort
Fit a racket protector and a fresh overgrip; the padel grips page has the choices. padel balls in good condition help a soft core, padel shoes matter for the placement game and a padel bag with a thermal pocket protects the face.
More teardrop and hybrid options are on the teardrop padel rackets page, our guide to choosing a padel racket explains the trade-offs, and the full padel racket range covers the rest.
