Black Crown Iconic Global Padel Racket 2026
£216
The Black Crown Iconic Global padel racket 2026 is a hybrid-shaped 3K carbon racket for intermediate to advanced players who want a balanced blend of control and manageable power. Padel Shack lists it at 355 to 370 g with even balance, an Aero Carbon frame and a rough Sandspin face.
The word Global is never explained on the listing, and its core is described as both soft and medium EVA Black. We set out what is published, and how it sits next to the standard Iconic.

Which level is the Black Crown Iconic Global 2026 Padel Racket for?
By Tushan Das, Owner, Padel Depot · Updated
What the Global listing says
Padel Shack gives a hybrid head, 38 mm thick, with a 3K carbon face, an Aero Carbon frame and a rough finish called Sandspin that is meant to help the ball bite. Balance is even, with something called a Tri-Point Balance system said to enlarge the sweet spot. It puts the playing ratio at 60% power and 40% control, which is retailer wording and not a measured figure.
Where it trips over itself is the core. The spec says medium EVA Black and the description says soft. Padel Shack also lists 355 to 370 g in one place and 360 g in another. No one publishes a balance point in millimetres.

Iconic Global or the standard Iconic?
Black Crown's Iconic already has a page here, built on a review and several listings. The Global listing shares its 3K face and weight band, but it calls the shape hybrid where Padelful says tear, and gives an Aero Carbon frame where others say tubular. Those are labels for the same family of heads at best, and we cannot tell whether Global is a different racket, a regional edition or a retailer code.
If you want a review behind the racket, read the Iconic page. If you want this listing, ask us what Global means for the stock we have before you buy.

| Racket | Shape | Character | Pick it if |
|---|---|---|---|
| Iconic Global (this page) | Hybrid | 60/40 power to control, per Padel Shack | You want a blended racket and the Global listing |
| Iconic | Hybrid or tear | Soft, forgiving | You want a reviewed racket |
| Gladius | Hybrid | Firm, control-first | You want a firmer feel |
| Hurricane Confort 4.0 | Teardrop | Softer | You want comfort first |

Setting it up
Fit a racket protector and a fresh overgrip from the padel grips range. Fresh padel balls such as the Black Crown Pro tube suit a racket that likes pace, and the right padel shoes help with positioning. A padel bag with a thermal side protects the face.
Our guide to choosing a padel racket explains shape and balance, and the full padel racket range covers the rest.
Who should skip it
Beginners, and anyone who wants a spec sheet that agrees with itself. The beginner padel rackets page is a better start, and the intermediate padel rackets page covers the step above.
Not for you if
You need to know what Global means, or you want a core type confirmed. The listing is silent on the first and contradicts itself on the second.
